Premier did a great job repairing my Tesla Model Y when I got into a front-end collision earlier this year after hydroplaning on the freeway. The repair did take longer than expected, with my insurance company being slow to respond, uncooperative, and stingy with Premier's initial and supplemental estimates. Even though it slowed down the repair process, Premier did the right thing by waiting until insurance approved the different aspects of the work before starting it.
Throughout this time, I primarily communicated with Ray who patiently took the time to explain to me what issues they were encountering with the insurance adjuster and who reassured me they would do everything they could to minimize my out-of-pocket costs.
Once the repairs were underway and until the end of the process, Kevin kept me updated like clockwork to let me know where they were with the repairs. I appreciated his open communication, and he even kept me posted while I was on vacation out of the country. It was especially nice to have him drop off the car just before we returned and have it sitting in my driveway!
I would highly recommend Premier Coach Collision to anyone in the unfortunate position of having to select a Tesla-certified body shop after a collision.

I had my car repaired by Premier because my hood was hit by debris on the freeway scratched the hood and broke the windshield. Communication with them was extremely poor.
I gave them a second chance and they (Logan) have gone way above and beyond. Super communications and a incredible job they did for me. Highly recommend them for any repair needs.

Thank you guys for fixing the rock chip damage to my door. Premier Coach handled the damage to my door with dedication and professionalism. They have a wonderful customer-service oriented staff and provide quality auto-body care for a reasonable rate. These guys are great. Special shout out to LOGAN for taking care of me!

I had a terrible experience with this body shop. I believe many of the 5-star reviews are either paid or fake, and I deeply regret not trusting the few negative reviews I read. I strongly recommend reconsidering before doing business with them.
Their management, particularly Mike, is disrespectful and rude. Their primary goal seems to be squeezing as much as possible from your insurance and then from your own pocket. After three months of delays, they delivered poor-quality work, and despite their claims, they never used OEM parts. The picture attached shows the "OEM" light they installed on my car—just a cheap $20 aftermarket part.

Michael the general manager has been the most incompetent worker at a body shop Iv ever worked with, he has ignored all my emails requesting of the the most minimal effort to simply have sent estimate, to my adjuster , unfortunately this body shop lost out on $7,000 worth of my business because of one careless worker, I took my car elsewhere.

Thank you so much to Premier Coach for your excellent customer service! I am so grateful to Kevin and Mike for their amazing help! They always made sure I knew each stage my car was getting repaired at. I am so happy with the communication twice a week. They did their best to return my car as fast as possible. Always sent me photos of the updates during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this phenomenal company for your next repairs. I feel like a valued customer, and could not be happier with the repairs on my Lexus! They even repaired 2 extra dents I did not know about on the roof & hood of my car.That is above and beyond! My car is perfect again! They even detailed my car before returning. 5 star reviews on all levels!! ???????? ?

I was referred to Premier and worked with Kevin to schedule some work for my Cayenne. Kevin was super responsive and helpful in getting me in early and changing my appointment last minute. When I arrived at my appointment I was immediately helped. The work was quick and efficient! Would highly recommend!

We have taken our cars to you in the past & have always been very satisfied, not only with the work, but also the service. This is the 1st time I've been less than completely satisfied. The work was still great & everyone is very polite & helpful, but this took a long time & the cost changed 3 times. Maybe, as with everything else after covid, costs have not stabilized & availability of products is not secure. Maybe this is the new norm. Grrr. In which case, I don't know what you could do to change, but, from my end, it was a little frustrating.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Premier Coach.
The quality of their work is no better than any average body shop. Despite claiming to use OEM parts, they actually opt for cheaper alternatives to save costs, without considering the impact on the final result. Their primary focus seems to be maximizing profits from insurance claims, with little regard for timeliness or customer satisfaction.
I found Mike Everett, the person in charge, to be unprofessional and rude throughout my interactions with the business.
It's worth noting that the president of this company, Cliff Sullivan, remains inaccessible, hidden behind layers of staff, making it nearly impossible to communicate with him directly.
