I'd bought tires at Costco and needed an alignment so I found PAC in Costco's list of affiliated auto repair shops and checked out their online reviews which. looked real good so I had the work done there (though they send alignments out). At that time I met Mark, the owner, who was very knowledgeable and seemed honest. Prior to taking a cross country trip to Michigan I had an oil change and inspection done there on my Grand Cherokee Jeep, and I looked at the recommendations they'd made on the inspection sheet. Mark went through it with me and explained the different items and if I needed them at this time. He explained the Throttle Body and Carbon Clean which he said should help increase gas mileage; so I had it done. In the past on a trip like this one, the most we'd gotten was approx 26 MPG, and on this trip I was surprised to see over 29 MPG on certain stretches of this drive, which could be the reason, but I'd never seen this before. I have to believe it was as Mark said and give credit where it's due. I trust Mark and the work they do but of course would always keep my eyes open. I just picked up my wife's Mountaineer (117,000 miles) where we had the wheel bearings replaced. I refer my family and friends to Preferred Auto Centre, hands down. One other important point is that they register all repairs with Car Fax which also indicates their responsibility for the work they do along with their transparency.

Preferred Auto Centre is an incredible company. First of all, with a pre-arranged appointment, they will pick up your car and bring it to their shop for repairs. That one thing is amazing enough but their prices are fair and their repairs are excellent. This time again they masterfully dealt with our maintenance insurance company which was no small thing. They also recommended a local auto rental company that I had never heard of and called them to get me a discount. Christa followed up with the insurance company several times and stayed on top of everything. They take all calls and everyone works together with precision teamwork. If Christa needed to call me back because she was on another call (which was rare), she always called back right away! There are more things to mention but I’ll stop there. We won’t go anywhere else for car repairs!

So glad our friend referred us to Preferred Auto Centre in Thousand Oaks...Mark and his daughters Cherisse and Crista could not have been more thorough, helpful, friendly, and honest, and they and their team did a thorough job to get our car back in shape. We'll be sticking with them for regular maintenance from here on out. Many thanks and highly recommended.

Car repair is never pleasant but it was very easy dealing with Preferred Auto.
They have a full disclosure system, breaking down any issues that need to be addressed or could become problems
I would definitely recommend and come back with any future repair issues

We always get SUPER fast and QUALITY care from Perferred Auto. We now buy our cars based one whether or not they can be serviced at PAC. Wonderfully run business. We are so grateful.

We have been bringing our cars to Preferred Auto Center for some time now. We love the reminders of when service is due, and really appreciate how thorough they are with inspection. We trust Mark when he makes us aware of a problem, very clear about what should have immediate attention and what will need attention by the next service or can be put off for awhile.

Great customer service by Mark and his team. I brought my RX350 in for scheduled maintenance and my technician Tim found two minor problems that the dealer hadn't even diagnosed. Excellent attention to detail!

I have alway had great success and results with Preferred. We originally took in my daughter's truck and this time I took in my RX350 for brakes. The work was outstanding, delivered on time and the cost saving over the dealership was significant. Well done to you and your team, Mark!

I've been going to Mark at Preferred Auto for a few years now BECAUSE he's honest, fair, and his mechanics do excellent work! My mechanic I've had since the '80's, retired! So I'm really happy I found Mark! All his staff are professionals!
