My wife has been in here several times to purchase items for a remodel. We’re working with a designer, and she mentions that at the register upon checking out and has the code and contact info ready. Every single time, without fail, she is harassed about validity of working with a designer. Today, the employee did the same and even added “people stand behind you and try to say they’re on the same account” to make an excuse why he was asking her so many questions about the designer. Umm, no they don’t. At least not to a point where it is a serious issue. Also, there was no one behind her today. He also demanded to take her phone to see the info himself. It doesn’t happen at other Pottery Barns, just this one. So it’s not a company policy. Just poor employees. Not sure if it’s because my wife has a slight accent, but something to consider.

Purchased bedding listed online as "bestseller" and I am not able to return it because it's produced by an outside vendor that pottery barn contracts with. The salesperson told me that it's considered a custom item in the system. This is standard bedding. I need to return it because items the store didn't carry that I ordered online are not available until 1/31 (two months away) and this wasn't communicated at the time of purchase. I now have to go through my credit card to cancel the purchase. I will never purchase anything through PB or Williams-Sonoma again.

Liseann for the WIN! She couldn't be MORE helpful to my needs. She's ALWAYS so honest and doesn't just try to "make the sell". I'm feel like she is so sincere and wants to be the best she can be so you feel good about what you are purchasing so you keep coming back to her. I love pottery barn, I will say the quality is definitely going downhill since covid. But the service has always been too notch!

Shout out to Pottery barn and their inferior partners in India. I just received my bone charcuterie flatware set, that left quite a bit to be desired. The blade was askew, the handles poorly wrapped with sharp edges. I wouldn't ever serve a platter with these implements.

Initially my wife and I worked with Liseann who was a bit of a bully and showed she only cared about making a sale. We then worked with Ban. Ban was wonderful and very professional. She invested so much time to make sure we were happy every step of the way and even made herself available on her days off to make sure we were happy. Really felt like she cared about our home and because of her warm personality and infectious personality we will be back.

online it says PB opens at 10am. we made a trip only to find it closed. check your online listing so you don't lead customers astray.

The gravy boat that matched our kitchen set was completely sold out online and in stores near me. I called this location and was able to have one shipped to my home. It arrived in 1 piece and completed my collection just in time for Thanksgiving! Great customer service.

Spent 15 minutes at Pottery Barn at the oaks today and got attitudes from their salespeople. Customer service service is dead at this store. The guy and the cashier. You work at Pottery Barn. Come down the pedestal.

I would advise against purchasing furniture from Pottery Barn. We made a very large purchase in an attempt to furnish our new home. When ordered we were assured that all the items we selected were in stock and would be delivered within the desired timeframe...this apparently is not the case. The week our items should have been delivered we received notices that many of our items had been backordered (wait, I thought they were in stock?) In addition, the items that were actually shipped they were holding at the delivery center. Apparently they want to wait until the whole order is filled to save themselves delivery costs. I'm sorry but when you postpone my products a month or more I'm not okay with you holding my other stuff hostage. If the company can't deliver on what was stated to us by the sales staff then they should be taking the hit for the delivery fees. I highly recommend going somewhere else for your furniture needs!

I love pottery barn. I have many couch throws, pillows and other living room decor from PB. I also purchased my Supper time White Dinner ware at the Palos Verdes location about 20 years ago and they are still in like new condition. Very durable as they really take a beating from dishwasher and moving . I used to be able to buy extra bowls and plates when you dropped one and i love their tall latte mugs . Some things are in the pricey side some are quite reasonable you just have to look .

Ban is amazing to work with! She helped us look at furniture for our home some time ago and was unfortunately out when we placed the order over the phone. We asked she get the credit for the sale which the store was happy to accommodate and she even remembered us the next time we came in! Our new chairs just arrived and look and feel amazing
