I’m a local patronizing this salon through the past two ownerships. It keeps getting better! Crystal and Shay are rockstars who can create any style and any design to perfection.I had a nail emergency and Shay repaired it and I was able to keep my natural nail.They both work tirelessly to satisfy their clientele and are hospitable to my toddler, no matter how rowdy she can be!Polishd is my second home away from home. I receive multiple compliments on my gel manicures and the intricacy or design is top notch!

I took my mom here for Mother’s Day and the two women that helped us were amazing. This place was great, very relaxing, we both felt amazing after. Thank you Emily and I’m sorry for not getting the other ones name but you both great.

Love this sweet little nail bar! I’m visiting from out of town and brought my young niece in for a “Diva” mani/pedi as part of her Christmas gift. Shaylynn is a total rock star! She pampered my niece and made her feel so special and grown up. Shaylynn went above and beyond; she painted sparkly little flowers on my niece’s big toenails, complimented her on her color choices, and was so kind and professional. My niece loved every minute of it. Thank you, Shaylynn, for making our New Year’s Eve so fun! ???? Happy New Year to you!!

Rushed service ended up in my finger being sliced and scarred permanently. I called about getting a service for my mom and I. Since my mom was getting less done, they said she can be scheduled a little later than I. We got there and she was scheduled for an HOUR later. We wouldn't be getting our nails done at the same time, and she had to leave or she'd be late to work. The lady doing my nails was nice at first, but she acted super rushed. When cutting my cuticles haphazardly and as quickly as she could, she cut off a chunk of my skin. This was around 3 weeks ago. My skin has healed but it os scarred permanently. My cuticle looks HORRENDOUS and is discolored and puf. I do not recommend this place at all. Will update if I can find out technician's name. Update: Seeing the owner's response is upsetting because a lot of this is false. They said that the max time difference between my mom and I would be 15min-30. Which was fine because she only wanted a pedicure. An hour was not acceptable and didn't allow us to do anything at the same time. Moreover, I used my phone with one hand while they worked on the other... shouldn't impact the quality of the service. I was indecisive about the color I wanted and the technician assured me that I could take my time. I asked for an extra exfoliating mask on my foot which she left on and scrubbed off in less than 5 minutes. All of this being said, IF YOU DON'T HAVE TIME, DON'T RUSH, DON'T ADD THE EXTRA TASK, AND DEFINITELY DON'T HARM THE CUSTOMER. PERIOD. Maybe tell me that we're short on time and can't add the exfoliation, rather than accept more than you can handle so you can earn more money. It is on the technician to let the customer know what can or can't be done. The customer doesn't know anything about that, that's why they're not a nail technician. The owner tried to "rectify the situation" by asking me to come back and pay for another service at an insignificant discount. Not a very great effort at rectifying a permanently scarred finger. Why would I give them any more money? I'm astounded that she posted this response. Shows poor accountability on the salon's part. My advice? Go somewhere else. I've been to some fantastic nail salons in this area.

The owner Gloria reached out to me and offered for me to come back and have my nails done again. The girl who did it this time I believe her name was crystal did an amazing job. She was so wonderful and I truly appreciate the staff going above and beyond for me! Will definitely be coming back!

Go see Kari!! She is fantastic! She does a wonderful job and she will instantly become your new best friend. Love my toes and my feet feel so amazing. I usually only get a pedicure once every few months but I'm gonna make this a regular basis just to see her.

Meh just OK. Not very comfortable bench seating w/pillows for pedicures. More expensive than other local nail salons. I won't be going back.

New owners!! Just moved to the area and was looking for somewhere to do my nails and treat my parents. Charles was so responsive and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Absolutely love the responsiveness and professional nature of the business. The nails, pricing, and service were perfection as well! Thank you for a great experience

I tried this place for the first time. My nails needed some serious damage control. The staff were welcoming and the salon was clean. But the best part was that the manicurist, Martie, did an amazing job! I have had so many compliments from friends! Plus, Martie is friendly, and finished my nails in super fast time too! I will definitely be asking for her next time!

Love this place! Relaxing, calming, modern atmosphere. They really took the time to make sure my previous nails were removed properly and made sure to be extra careful with my new nail set as I am very sensitive. I tried Apres Gel x for the first time, and was pleased with the results. Great customer service! I was able an appointment just before the holidays. Highly recommend stopping by! I will certainly be coming back!
