Planet Beauty has an amazing salesperson named Erica. She is the most helpful salesperson I ever met in a beauty supply store in Westlake Village or in LA. She knows everything about what every product does. She helps me with picking out the perfect shampoos, conditioners, make-up, and nail suggestions, and knows all about hair straightening irons. She knows in detail about every product I need to buy. With her joyful and caring personality, it's hard not to buy Everything she suggests. She really attends to every question. . Thank you Planet Beauty for hiring exceptional help who really care about your customers! So Grateful!

They had a 25% off sale on everything today and I bought so much stuff I wasn't planning on! Lol They have great customer service and sales pitch. I don't know if what they said about the products I bought are true, but I didn't mind spending over $100 with a free gift because they were so convincing and nice

Went into the Westlake location and Natasha was so nice and informative on various products. I was really shocked by her product knowledge but mostly appreciated her great customer service!

I was unsure about shopping here because I have never purchased skin care before. Eryka immediately put me at ease with her knowledge and helpfulness. She was very patient and explained the products and their uses/benefits. I left with a complete skin/hair care regimen and the knowledge to use them correctly. Thank you Eryka!!!

Went to this location in Westlake for the first time. It’s super clean and organized. Natasha was working and was delightful. She was all smiles, upbeat, helpful and kind. She knows her product lines really well which I really appreciated!I will be back again!

This is a cute little store! I needed some purple toning shampoo after I got my hair done. The girl who helped me was so sweet. I always appreciate great customer service! She even recommended another great shampoo. Thank you!

To start off everyone that works here is so incredibly wonderful. But I want to specifically point out my interaction with Natasha today. She was so incredibly sweet and I was blown away with her knowledge of the products I was looking as far as ingredients and comparisons between the products. I don't know if I've ever met someone that was so thorough as she was. Thank you Natasha! Your energy and good vibes really made my day!

Anytime I go in this store, the associates are always available. Being in the service industry myself I really do notice. The person I want to thank is PETNAT 30, she is so knowable and kind. She ask questions and listens and does not push products if you are not interested. Very refreshing and I will go back more as I usually go to a different company. This place does not check what they sell and the proof to it is their cheap section of hair accessories: metal hair bands. The seller encouraged me to buy both and guess what: see the picture below... Aside of that, their perfumes are not original (most of them) Horrible. Highly suggest to avoid this store.

Just had the most wonderful experience at Planet Beauty in Westlake! Erika was so genuinely kind and gave me awesome product recommendations that I'm so excited to try! I typically visit the Woodland Hills location, but will make the drive for this one just because of Erika! She takes great care of the environment and clients and I'm looking forward to visiting her again.
