I have had the worst day today, and i came in almost 8pm to buy cat food for my cats and he just happened to ask how my day was, and saw how much cat food i was buying, told me about this vital care plan and how it would help me save money. My bill was gonna be 160$ it came down to 114$ im so grateful i ran into him and the other women at the front they were so helpful showed me how to upload my vet bills to the app so it would give me more discounts to help me save on all the cat food i buy for my babies. To find general kindness on such a crappy day was what i needed. They usually are pretty friendly and nice here when i have come in. But so grateful he explained what that membership was! Thank you so much Daniel!

The male guy at the grooming department has no manners, no customer service skills and on top of everything else, he's plain RUDE, I don't understand why they have him talking to customers. We called to make an appointment on Dec 23th, spoke to him on the phone and were told to come right over, long story short, he had us going back and forth only to tell us it was too late and could not take care of our dog that day. I complained to the manager but sincerely doubt that anything changed. Will not be coming here at all for anything

They had hire robbers at the store now. I purchased a dog food worth 21.99 dollars and i forgot my wallet in the car. I came back cashier who said his name is joe he has charge me $2 donation without even asking me and when i ask him that who gave you permission to add $2 he was not even sorry. I really want to use abusive language but I m not using it. He did that coz i ask him to help me finding that food. He get irritated rightway when i ask for help.

One associate in particular is extremely rude and is not very knowledgeable of your product. It made for a poor customer service experience. Even my young teenage son mentioned something about how bad she was.

We've used the Thousand Oaks Petco location a few times to have our very small dog groomed. The groomers have run significantly late every time. At the most recent appointment, our dog was crated over three hours before they even began grooming her. By the time the groomer finished her, she had been at Petco nearly 5 hours, which is hours longer than the scheduled appointment window. We had other commitments scheduled that afternoon that we were forced to cancel due to Petco's grooming department's extreme delay coupled with our inability to make alternate arrangements for our dog to be picked up on short notice. Even after that troubling negative experience, we decided to try one more time for a positive outcome, mainly because Petco is conveniently located for us. This brings us to today's experience. Today, on our way to the grooming appointment, we encountered an unexpected traffic delay. We ended up pulling into the parking lot outside of Petco five minutes late. Then, our dog showed signs that she needed "relieve herself" and considering how long she had been crated at her last appointment, she needed to be allowed to do that before checking her in (small dog/small bladder). Once inside Petco, I observed an enormous great dane pulling excitedly at his lead while (it appeared) waiting to be picked up at the grooming counter. Looked like the handler was not having the easiest time controlling the dane. As we approached, the dane started barking more excitedly scaring our small dogs. To help "keep the peace" and also out of caution for the safety of our dogs, I pulled our dogs off to the side out of the dane's line of sight, which meant we had to wait a few more minutes until the dane had been handed off to his owner and "the coast was clear" before approaching the counter to check in. By that time, we were almost 15 minutes delayed, and when I was finally able to check our dog in, I was told that the groomer was not willing to groom our dog because she was 15 minutes late. I will own that in the end we probably were almost 15 minutes late checking in, but considering how we've been inconvenienced by this Petco Grooming service every time we've booked with them, and given the set of circumstances encountered today, this outcome was both upsetting and disappointing yet again. Due to our unsatisfactory experiences, we can not recommend Petco Grooming. If you decide to try them, we truly hope you have a much better experience then we have had.

It is ok now that they closed their westlake village store and i have to drive here for supplies.They dont have Rams dog or cat apparel but they have raiders and we are not even in LV.. the food i give my cat has become sparce they have it it is tucked back there. Disorganized, minced in with flaked with pate. You got to make sure you select the right one.

If I could give zero stars that's what I would give. I had give the groom specific details of how short I wanted my dogs hair and they completely butchered it. It took them 4 hours for a shitty hair cut. Then the groomer proceeded to lie and stated that my dog snipped at the chippers, which wasn't true bc I watched her shave my dog the entire time. Their attitude was terrible when I told them about the cut. I'm never going back to this groomer. It is the worst one ever!!!!! The stylists name was Lyrikah!
