The staff is amazing . Actually I was shopping cat food and for me it was difficult to locate it. However an employee came to my assistance . I was able to find it plus deliver it sooner. Thanks for your great work. That's extraordinary amazing.

We came in last weekend to find new dog food for our one year-old that is trying to transition to adult food, and Aaron was super knowledgeable and helped us out with all the questions that we had. While we were there, we were able to buy a new dog food and get a lot of information at the same time. Thanks Aaron!

Okay okay, I’ve been meaning to sit down and actually type this out because just a simple 5 star review isn’t enough. First and foremost, the entire staff here is AMAZING, they really take the time to not sell you a product, but to get to know you and your dog. As someone who has owned many dogs in the past, adopting a new dog meant finding the right products and treats, something that obviously doesn’t come cheap. Now, I can easily go to Petco or PetSmart and buy what I need, but it’s the knowledge and team that will keep me coming back.
I do need to give a special shoutout to one person in particular and that is Syd and I’s new friend JAYY. I’m not sure if the owner, CEO, HR personer or whoever reads this but GIVE THAT MAN HIS RAISE! The handful of times that Syd and I have come in he has been nothing short of professional, patient , and went above and beyond to make my nervous little Chihuahua feel comfortable. Not only that, but his professional and ability to connect with a customer has been so exceptional that we even started talking about local bands! Jayy as well as the rest of the team are simply amazing at what they do, they are a clear reflection as to what kind of company this is because a good team means a good company that takes care of its associates. I’ve shopped here for years, and the folks who work here are always friendly and helpful. This review in particular is for Aaron, who saw my young daughter and me approaching the doors right at closing time on a Sunday. Not only did he flag us down and tell us he had time for another customer, he also went above and beyond when my phone died and I had no other method of payment. He didn’t hesitate to grab me a charger. Thanks for your friendliness and awesome service, Aaron.

My first time was a fabulous experience. I was assisted by a wonderful man who was a fount of knowledge! I tried the kitty litter and the food he suggested for my bangel cat and it was a huge success. My little kitty is so happy! I even saved money compared to the other chains I was shopping at previously. I will be returning always. And bless your staff for helping me out to the car with the kitty litter and food! I use a cane and it's usually difficult for me to get to the car! Such a great place! Thank you thank you and thank you! ????
