Excellent warranty service by Donna Shaver. Purchased Brown Jordan swivel loungers and ottomans in 2017. Both chairs broke at center post. Donna went above and beyond to get them replaced by manufacturer. Excellent service!

Stopped into the Thousand Oaks store, Kellie was awesome. We had been looking for an outdoor gas fire-pit that doubled as a small table, and matched out current furniture. Kellie was able to find the perfect product, she worked through the shipping and delivery, handled most of our transaction remotely, and followed-up to assure we were taken care of. Delivery before 8AM without calling and before scheduled . Came without 2 pieces that were paid for . Set up defective sectional . Returned a week later pretending that brought different sectional . Daily phone calls for refund with staff too busy or not able to credit AmEx . Had to dispute charges as tired of different staff and manager refusing to just credit customer .

Umbrellas last a year. When you put in a claim they will say you are 'misusing' them. Buy umbrellas from Costco.

walked in 10 minutes before the posted closing, nobody greeted me and it was a ghost town in there. older woman came out about 3 minutes after i entered and the first thing she said to me was “we’re closed” and to “get out”. do not support this place, you’re better off somewhere else.

We were quoted a price on a patio dining table set which included a 10% discount. We drove to the store to complete the purchase and was informed that the discount quoted was a "mistake". We were later told that they would give a 5% discount, but noticed the price quoted for delivery was double the original price provided. When shopping in traditional brick and mortar stores, you expect to pay more AND receive a higher level of service verse purchasing through on-line companies - however this is not the case with Patio World in Thousand Oaks.

The company is unable to deliver the purchased products. We have purchased the furniture back in mid-August with the scheduled September delivery. The sales team does not call customers with updates. The sales team did not connect with the corp management team. All they offer is to return the money. Disappointing service for supposedly upscale store.

This beautiful, well made furniture is not Patioworld, it's Pacific Patio. I have a lot to say here. We came to Patioworld Thousand Oaks after a problem with Wayfair. We decided we wanted nice furniture and wanted to get it delivered faster for a party in July. The furniture is beautiful there so that is the only thing that is good to say. Joey helped us, she was a bit spacey and slow but I was just happy to see our furniture before delivery. We chose a couch and umbrella, they did not have any loungers that would match. She said they had the umbrella and we could get it delivered in a week but the couch would take until August. We decided to go with it anyway. She said the warehouse would call with a delivery day for the umbrella. After 10 days I called her, she said she would call them..I did not hear back. Then a week later I called again..this went on for a couple weeks. We had been texting so I decided I wanted all in text. This all started beginning May. Then a month later she texted me and said good news...we would get our couch late June and did I want the umbrella delivered with the couch to avoid double charge. I said yes. End of June I texted her and asked any word on our furniture? No text back, 4 days later I texted again. No word from Joey but she had Penny, the manager call my husband. She left a message and said it said on the paperwork not until August but now maybe October. They had half of the sofa in a different color..no apologies. I was upset that Joey did not get back and she probably hoped I still did not have that text but I did. We decided to go to the store to see what was going on and speak to Penny and show her the text. We also wanted to get our umbrella delivered since they already had it. We had already gotten our loungers from Pacific Patio, Calabasas...Michael helped us, it was great, quick and had them in 1 week. I was shocked at our treatment, Joey was defensive and Penny offered no help, she did not care about the text messages. They did not want to talk about the umbrella at that moment. Both of them said it's not our fault, what are we supposed to do about it?? Penny went and hid at the other end of the store. Then we said we wanted our umbrella delivered now. Joey just looked at us and said they gave ours to someone else. I was infuriated. These woman should not be running or working in this store. We went straight back to Pacific Patio and ordered our new furniture from Michael and just got it today, on time and it is stunning!! They are professional there so I would save the headache of going to this location. I also heard at Pacific Patio that they had 3 customers that day that walked away from Patioworld. Penny and Joey are completely rude and incompetent.

Once I walked into this store, I knew I was at the right place in my pursuit of the best patio furniture I could possibly hope for. This store is huge with many different brands and budget options. Angie was my sales associate, who was so helpful, but not pushy, knowledgeable and went beyond our expectations to get the best selection and meet our price point. Save yourself time by going to Patioworld first!

Patio World in Thousand Oaks had the best teak lounger ,FOR THE BEST PRICE, of any local patio furniture store. I picked out a teak lounger online and they quickly shipped a floor model to their store.I tried it out and LOVED IT. It was also at least $400.00 less than comparable loungers available locally.It was efficiently shipped to my Apartment and set into place by Patio World employees. My visit to Patioworld was very positive. Although no one was in the store when I arrived, nevertheless, the salesperson (Joey) was working the desk with her mask on. She was very helpful throughout our transaction, combining just the right amount of attention and allowing me time to think privately, all while maintaining desired social distancing. I never felt ignored as she handled other customers easily as they entered the store and my order was prepared promptly. I was able to leave quickly, which is important during these covid-19 days, and she kept me in touch subsequently via email. The store seems to carry a good variety of choices in manufacturers and there are plenty of examples to sit on and feel for yourself. Altogether a positive experience.
