I really did not have a good experience here , they over charged me for a manicure ($55) and they did a horrible job on my nails! They did a SNS manicure with acrylics... they did not mention the price and got mad when I asked them to fix the shape of my nails, super rude people that are intolerable when criticized on the job they've done on my nails. I will never go back to this place, also this place always looks dirty and Unsanitary! I'd suggest if you live in Newbury to go to this nail salon on Wendy dr. It's in the plaza next to the gym and dollar store ! No mistake, you guys are located next to kohl's correct? Yeah, I will never go there again, and if it was not SNS then it was a gel manicure, this was before the COVID outbreak... the fact that you are even trying to tell me I'm wrong and don't know where I went is ridiculous.... I lived in Newbury for years, I know exactly where you guys are located and I'm not mistaken, but thank you for trying to correct me.

I used to bounce around from place to place, but now refuse to go anywhere else! Angie and Vince are amazing and will always do what they can to please me.

Visited them for the first time today and will definitely be a returning customer :). I went for a gel manicure and pedicure. Picked out the gel color and it wasn't what I was hoping for so everyone was helping find the right color for me! Everyone there was just so nice! Thank you all for amazing service :)

Got a great manicure for the price! Also they were able to fit in a 4 person appointment the same day within 2 hours of my call. The staff was also very friendly

Do NOT go here! The owner is rude and inconsiderate of daughters...I had walked in on Sunday as I was having a mommy and daughter date. I asked if there was a wait for 2 pedicures and she stated it will be approx. 15 to 20 mins, so I said sure we can wait. They sat my daughter and I in a pedicure chair soaking our feet. As I patiently waited for our turn, other customers were coming in and waiting themselves. It was about an hour later, and I asked when will it be our turn, she stated she is finishing up and we are next. Next thing you know it, once she was done with the customer she was working on, she jumped to someone else instead of my daughter. Then I hear her talking crap in Vietnamese as to my daughter is young and can wait as she wont get a big tip. I sat there listening to her to finish talking to the other nail technicians in Vietnamese as they were chatting about what customer gives better tips and how they can rush through the service so they can make more money. I was so pissed, I called her out and went off on how they ARE unprofessional and talking crap about customers. I grab my stuff and daughter and said never have I been offended...Sorry quick note, I am Vietnamese so I understood what they were saying. This salon does NOT care about the service and half a** everything! If you're looking for relaxation and being pampered, please go else where. This place will not give you that, plus in a blink of a eye, they are done! You can do a better job doing it yourself!

My wife told me about this place when I told her I needed a pedicure because my ingrown got so bad. I am glad that I came here. I addressed my issue with the technician and told her that it is so swollen that if she can not do much I would understand. The technician saved my toe, took the ingrown out, cleaned it up so nicely and gave me the most relaxing pedicure. I went to many places before and this place gave me the best pedicure for the first time. I feel like a new man, I will definitely come back.

I came in for a fill with a design found online and a pedicure. The final result put a big smile on my face. They took their time on me, made friendly conversation. The salon is nice and clean, I was surprise how clean it is even though all the chairs are filled ( good sign), no stuffy chemical smell. Their price is reasonable and I appreciated that they told me how much it will be. They are all very nice and friendly ( I saw that they have many regulars and remember their names!). I waited a little bit as it was very busy for them on the day I came, but it was all worth it. I will call ahead next time.

This place does not value your time. Called in for an appointment. Waited an hour while I watched 2 employees work on 1 customer. When I got up to leave one of the employees rushed over as if she was ready for me which was gross because she was still wearing gloves that she used on the customer before me.

This place has good service. It was quiet in there and another patron was working on a laptop while getting a pedicure. However they do not have artistry. It cost $51 for a full set and my daughter did not get what she asked for. I am leaving this review because one of the nails broke after three days while opening a cabinet.

First time coming here, but realized I forgot to use the 10% off discount. I had a great experience with Vincent. He was very thorough and meticulous. I appreciate that very much. I absolutely love my baby pink gel nails $27. Vincent is also a great conversationalist and made the time go by fast. I most definitely will be coming back here again for another gel manicure. Next time I'll bring my mom with me too for their new bio gel nails!

So, I have been coming to this salon for a couple of years now. My favorite manicurists are Angie and Sue. They both take their time to perfect your nails. Angie is super on-top of things and catches all the imperfections. I don't know about other services besides gel mani/pedi and brow waxing. The brow waxing is pretty basic but does the trick in a pinch..

Edit per response- mischaracterized thinking I wanted to go ahead of another customer. Not a nice staff. Don't appreciate how they addressed me. Rude staff. Price sucks too. Didn't bother getting nails done due to rude staff. I don't recommend they crowd the door. The interior looks really unclean too. I was going to give it a chance but the staff was just too rude to even justify that.
