I have bought several appliances from other Pacific Sales, including the original one that used to be in Buena Park before it moved to Cerritos! Refrigerator, Stove, microwave, washer & dryer. It will always be my first go to place for my appliances.

Highly recommend the folks at Pacific Sales -- Kathy and Steve in Appliances and Tony and Jay in Plumbing. They are consummate, knowledgeable professionals, delivering a high level of service. Since they don't work on commission, they invested their time in educating us so that we made the right decisions for us and our budget. They worked hard to ensure we were happy. 10/10!!

Johnny was great with his knowledge of the service. Bought a microwave and he dishwasher. The microwave was installed that weekend and the dishwasher cannot be installed until December 27 2 1/2 months after purchase. Paid for the geek squad to install both However now need to hire a plumber to install the dishwasher. I was not planning on waiting past Thanksgiving and Christmas to have a dishwasher for when company arrives. Horrible service from the geek squad.

If I could give less than a star I would. I have so far received two damaged appliances and I have had to go into store three times to get fixed. Sales team doesn't return phone calls or emails. Customer service has been atrocious! Go somewhere else and save yourself the heartache and headache.

I bought an open box iPhone online to be delivered in seven days. The day it was supposed to be delivered they said they did not have it anymore and that we would have to wait up to one month to get the phone. If they didn't have it they should not have let the sale go through. At least the next day when they were supposed to ship it they should've sent an email apologizing for the problem. Amazon is not running you out of business you are! Just like circuit city they got rid of all the skilled salesman and put kids in their job with very little knowledge.

What can I say it's the luck of the draw!? When getting assistance at Moorpark rd location beware of Lucas who acts like such a know it all is in helpful and smug! Michael on the other hand was fabulous knowledgeable and so helpful.

We decided to start getting our phones at Best Buy Thousand Oaks because we knew the company was having troubles & thought we'd help them out since they are always nice here. So we bought two new phones one was $1100 & one was $1500 .... but we went in to have our screen protectors on & simply amazed they wanted to charge $8 each phone to put them on!!! What's up Best Buy. U spend that much for a phone & u can't help put it on. Bye bye Best Buy

I have a love-hate relationship with Best Buy of Thousand Oaks (I'm an Elite member). I love the fact that their product selection is so big and I can look at all the newest tech and electronics that I have on my radar. I also used to make majority of my purchases here but as time went on, the customer service became worse and worse. Shouldn't a store like this pride itself in its customer service? Sadly it doesn't. Every time I pass through the threshold of the main doors, I wonder "will there be anyone to help me today"? Four out of five times, there won't be. It's sad because I've gone in with the intention to buy something many times and I end up going to Costco instead because either there is no one to help me or no one approaches me. I shouldn't have to go wait in line to get help at the front desk. I can't tell you how disheartening this is; going in excited and then walking out sad and upset because no one approaches me. It's happened many times and I'm just getting sick of it. In a world dominated by online retailers, how can a brick-and-mortar store survive with such poor poor customer service?

I want to give a shout out to the Geek Squad delivery team of William and Gabe. They delivered , wall mounted and set up my very cumbersome 86 inch T.v. and did their best to instruct an old dude how to work it. They arrived on time, were polite and professional and went the extra mile when they could. Thanks guys !

We went into Best Buy today 12/22 and we immediately were helped by a girl named Memory. I never write reviews but her customer service was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, polite, and patient with us. If I could have tipped I would have. We got 4 new cellphones and we had to transfer to a new cellphone service. This required a lot of work but Memory made it look easy and made our experience efficient and relaxed. I would recommend asking for her when you go in to this location. I'm not sure if she is already in management but she should be!

Best Buy in Thousand Oaks showed me the best service I have ever gotten from a store like this. They searched for the item I wanted....Found it in Simi Valley, and the Manager of the Thousand Oaks store volunteered to "personally' pick it up for me and have it at the Thousand Oaks Store tomorrow....Now THAT'S Great Service....Joe Henry, Jackson Jones, and Tien Tang ?....Thanks for styling me right!

My Husband and I ventured out to Best Buy in Thousand Oaks on Black Friday with several items on our list. We started in one department & met Jason M. What a wonderful help Jason was from start to finish. It was quite a list but Jason assured us he could coordinate the whole transaction. If it weren't for Jason we would have been extremely confused & irritated. But Jason took very good care of us, in spite of the hustle-bustle of Black Friday. We are forever grateful to Jason for making that day painless!!!

My biggest suggestion is down by Lauren Miles. Here's what happened to me. First I bought a floor model took it home and had to drive it back to the store because they didn't delete all their information. Then a week later the computer stopped working. I took the computer back to Best Buy and they told me I had to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that the computer was out of warranty. Went back to Best Buy and said how can you sell me a computer with no warranty. Then they took I computer and mailed it to the manufacture. Two months later it turns out the computer can't be fixed. Finally given store credit, NOT THE REFUND I WAS PROMISED.

I bought all my kitchen appliances from Pacific Sales including a washer and dryer, 6 appliances total. Everything was delivered on time and all the boxes were in good condition. I stored the boxes for 2 years in my house due to a slow remodel.
