Ryan was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and not at all pushy in terms of sales. He made the process of choosing a new range easy- giving us all the info we needed and at the same time giving us space to discuss the options privately before making a final decision. He was even able to get the very most for our money by explaining how we could leverage the Best Buy membership to apply to our order. He's very detail oriented and even though it was a big financial decision we left feeling confident about the purchase.

Ryan McElroy just helped us purchase our dishwasher and new stove. When we were deciding which dishwasher to buy, Ryan went through the pros and cons of each one we were considering. He really knows about the appliances being sold at Pacific Sales. He made an effort to check on sale prices or promotions being offered. With the money we saved, we bought a stove too. If I need another appliance, I will definitely make sure to ask Ryan for help.

This is an outstanding store for appliances and kitchen and bath fixtures. Also great selection of outdoor kitchen stuff. Jonny and Ed were both super helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend stopping in here for all your major appliance needs.

Everything was great especially my sales rep Jonny! He showed me just what I needed (refrigerator) and made such helpful suggestions. He listened to me and what was important to me. I got.a good price and a great experience all around, including the helpful guy who checked me out. My fridge will be delivered in just a couple of days and I can’t wait! Great experience.
