less than zero in customer service. i bought a batter 2 weeks a go and died so i went to tmchdck for a replacement or recharge it .. but they couldn't find the receit..the lady with an attitude keep asking me if that was the right store or i went in another one..so i got really frustrated because i said lady i know if i wemt to a different store..i showed the receipt on my Amex with address and so on and they said that is not valid. so they didnt change it .i had to charge the one that dies.2 hours went by and when i went to get the battery i got attidude by another person a guy this time wearing 10 rings all with Evil design and pentagram like that would have scared me lol anyways worse customer service in my life...so i made my mission letting corporate know because these 2 employees have no business working in there...and battle customers i spend about 1000 a years and they lose that for sure..

I'd like to thank for FRED for relentlessly helping me find the correct fastener to get my license plate to stick onto my vehicle. He possesses the attitude of someone in charge. He acted with a sense of urgency and acted quick in getting my problem resolved. He probably tried over 5 different bolts until he found the right one. He was even knowledgeable in the return policies making sure I wasn't wasting my time by purchasing the wrong nut. I'd recommend O'Reilly but Fred even more. I wouldn't be surprised if he was in charge in 2-3 months from now. Thanks again Fred!

Costumer service by Rob is very unprofessional with very rude when he is approaching to the costumer he definitely need some training in customer service definitely I won't recommend to be help by Rob

I went to drop off my engine oil, and transmission fluid to be recycled at this location. They were very polite and very professional! I definitely recommend this store!

We came in yesterday to get some new headlights for our RV & Hunter at the front counter was absolutely incredible! He went out of his way to help us and even installed the lights in the RV as we were unsure & didn’t have any tools on us. He is definitely very knowledgeable and was so kind to every customer who came in. Thank you Hunter for everything!! You definitely deserve a raise & promotion ?

Got a quote for a battery at pep boys for $240. They had one in stock but could not install it as the car is a hybrid. They recommended I check with the service department next door, a different company that happens to sit on the same property. The service department charged $330 (plus installation). In desperation I purchased it. I literally saw the pep boys employee walk the battery to the service station. It cost and extra $70 for the battery by buying it next door so that I could hire them to install it (for a reasonably fair price of about $30). I'm not saying I was scammed or hustled on the battery price but it was the sketchiest transaction I've had the pleasure of witnessing first hand in decades.

I had battery trouble 2 and half years ago and didn't want to deal with it anymore and paid for an Optima Yellow Top battery to hopefully avoid future issues. The other night my car was slow to start and eventually needed to be pop started. I went to the Thousand Oaks location as it's the closest auto parts store to me so it has been my go to for over 7 years now. The employees were able to find my purchase history and get me a new battery under warranty. They were friendly and the process was surprisingly quick. I've never regretted coming here!

I had a low beam headlight bulb that burned outin my Jeep. Thought I buy it online and try installing with a YouTube video myself. Well, I am glad I decided to go O'Reilly auto parts in Thousand Oaks first. The replacement bulb was priced exactly as the online folks and the Asst. Mgr Santos offered to install it. Ok, just a bulb right...how hard would it be? Guess again...for Santos easy...me? haha...with all the clips and plastic inserts to move around? Would of took me a lot time and 100's of swear words too. 1st class customer service....I will be back. Bravo Santos!

Don't even think to go to thousand oak store,I went this morning to change my car battery, the guy didn't want to talk to me just because I wanted to purchase with installation, he was mad because he didn't wanted to do it I walked out without saying goodbye , I never ever go back again , auto zone got my business,
