Awful.If you are looking for a Genesis/Lexus dealer for Sales or Service in the greater Los Angeles area, the highest rated is Norm Reeves in Cerritos. By comparison, O'Gara is gets a very low rating -consistent the one star I gave them.

Lied to about shipping, no manuals in the vehicle. Left rear window stays open, the spoiler does not work…, very hard to get a response.
