I came back here to get my cotton banana republic dress cleaned and pressed for an event AND added my most sentimental, precious cashmere turtleneck sweater that requires dry clean only and had a few moth holes in it. They sewed up the holes and made my sweater look like new and the dress is perfect. The price was reasonable (receipt in picture) and I'm so so pleased. I wasn't in a rush for pick up so it was ready in a week. They get a lot of business so I'm glad they didn't rush and made sure it came out perfectly. Highly recommend and it's my go to place. They also have the best candy at the counter.

A bit pricey but great service and they even do alternations!

Took my 1 black dress to have it dry cleaned, no stains or anything extra, was charged almost $15 dollars for this!! This is insane and I will not return. Found another dry cleaner in the same shopping center that is $5 cheaper per item. Are these pandemic prices or do they always rip people off!??

They actually get stains out of clothing, unlike the other cleaners my family was using. Even my thrift shop finds & older things look new again. Would recommend.

They have been in town forever. Decent prices & turnaround times. Also can wash and dry clean blankets. Very versatile, helpful and skilled with tailoring: pants lengths and waists, hole repair, custom requests etc.

They were a little pricey but the fact that they ruined my new denim I would strongly recommend going any place but here. The lady said she couldnt help and said there was nothing she could do. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE, my clothes feel like they put them through a washer and dryer and I could of done that at my house.

Poor service they shrunk my $100 dollar pair of jeans and it seems like all they did was use a washer and dryer and called it dry cleaning. Save yourself the time FIND A DIFFERENT CLEANER!

Sad to say after 24 years of doing business- I'm done with Oakbrook and have switched dry cleaners. They used to be great, but in my opinion, their quality of service has changed for the worse. Unreliable delivery service- forgot about us 3-4 times in past 2 months. We left our clothes out for pick up for 2 days- no one showed. Then on several weeks, they came on diferent days. No effort to communicate to me. Recently, there were stains and marks left on "cleaned pants and shirts".

I've been going here a long time and never had a problem. Once they misplaced my suit but I had the receipt and it was filed under a different name. That's not bad for 10 years of otherwise great service? I'd give five stars but it's kind of difficult to get rush service (same day).

I have done dry cleaning and alterations here and they did a great job! The employees are super sweet. Great customer service and fair prices! I'm so glad they are so close to me! I'll always come back!

What a rip-off. 2 items, 1 man's shirt and a woman's floral dress was $20.95!!! Never again.

They shredded some of our clothes and left stains on others. Tears in the arm of three dress shirts (same place on all), shredded the sides of my DVF dress pants and left a large black mark on the shoulder of a blouse. That is just what we know so far and these are expensive items to replace. Nice people, but I've never had these issues at a cleaner. VONS drop off 100xs better.

I had an ink stain on a fake leather dress and brought it here because it was nearby. The girl-who-never-smiled said she wasn't sure if it would come out, but for $15 I could leave it for 3 days and they would try. I came back 3 days later and she said they couldn't get it out. I went home and Googled it, and all it takes is soaking and blotting with rubbing alcohol. I got the stain out in 2 days. Seems like a method any dry cleaner should know, so I can only assume they didn't even try.

Great customer service. I needed my clothes done in a bit of a rush and they made it happen. Prices were fair and the location is perfect. Definitely will be my new dry cleaners
