My air conditioner went out during one of the hottest weeks of summer. Niel got me in right away, diagnosed and fixed my truck right away. Then two days later followed up and made sure everything was fine. Now that is service! Oh and the cost to repair was very reasonable. Because of Niel I was able to take my road trip to Bass Lake. Thank you Niel!

Knowledgeable and understanding. We had our suv in for diagnosis, which was done and reported back to us in detail with a great explanation of all the relevant issues.
We left it there for almost 2 weeks as we decided what to do. They only charged us for the diagnosis, no storage fees. Which I would have understood.

Our experience with Niel has restored our faith and trust in auto repair and he deserves the highest rating for his work. He was quick to respond and communicated well, knew exactly what we needed, has good, honest pricing-- and best of all, he took care of our college student daughter's car and got it back to 100% condition same day. No hassle, no games, very personable and professional. This shop far exceeded our expectations and we are so glad to now have Niel's Auto as our "go to" mechanic while we have a family car in Moorpark.

It's hard to find a good mechanic.Highly recommend Niels. He fixed my bumper after I absent mindedly went in Drive instead of Reverse in the Vons parking lot and seriously f*cked the front end of my car on one of their little islands. I took it in on a Thursday evening, he had the necessary parts ordered and I picked up on Friday late afternoon. Very, very reasonable prices and fast service and great communication.He also tightened something that was causing an oil leak from when I got my oil changed at a different establishment about a month ago. Found our new go-to for all things car related.

I got my 240sx towed in after it stopped running on the fwy. The alternator went out and blew a Fuze. They guys did a great job finding and installing the parts necessary (not easy to find parts for these cars ). It runs good now, thank you Neil I'll def be back for any other issues with my cars.

So grateful to Niel for fixing my car whenever I need help. His shop is conveniently located and there are places I can go sit (eating, shopping, etc.) and chill while they work and do their magic. I came in on a Friday afternoon and in the time it took for me to get a quick bite and make a few calls, my vehicle was ready to go back on the road. Very handy to have a smog shop next to his auto repair where he knows how to test all parts, tires, etc. 'cause he has plenty of bays. Thanks again, Niel. Hope it will be a long time before I visit Buddy:)

Niels Auto Service gave me competitive pricing. After taking my Lexus to the dealership for service I was shocked at how much I was quoted for brakes. Niel checked my vehicle and came back with a fair estimate. He did the work the same day and also switched my wipers for half the price of the Lexus dealership. All I can say is he made me one happy customer. Niel was very knowledgeable and overall a nice, honest guy. My car is running great and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
