Great service experience! Appointment was for 7:30am, they opened up right on time. There were 4 other people who arrived when I did and I was afraid it might take them awhile to process us all but Frank got me processed and on my way in a complimentary Uber within 3 minutes! Texted me when the car was done and when I arrived, it was right out front waiting and I was on my way again within minutes. Spent less than 10 mins total there between drop off and pickup which has to be some sort of record. Awesome efficiency, will certainly come back.

Awesome service experience from Volkswagen Thousand Oaks! They had this awesome online experience that allowed me to chat with an actual service person at the dealership! It was super easy to schedule my service appointment via chat and the sales person even showed me new cars too because my wife wants one! I will be back to buy!

Worst car ever & terrible customer service! The seat malfunctioned and my daughter flung forward in her car seat and hit her head on the back of the passenger door!!! They literally won’t help or trade our car in for one with captain seats. It’s been a nightmare working with them!

I have a 2019 Jetta that I bought 4 years ago and for every service I go to this dealership as it is my closest one. When I’ve had issues with my car, they always doubt me as if I don’t know what I am talking about.
Today I went in to get an oil change because my car was due for it and when I dropped off and signed the iPad I had not been given a notice that I would have a service fee. I left and thought nothing of it because what I was told when I bought the car is that it was under warranty until 72k miles. When I come pick up my car, they wanted to charge me for the service and I quickly told them no one informed me I was gonna be charged for it.
The guy I spoke with quickly got defensive with me and started speaking to me in a different tone, and someone else stepped in to help me. Last time I took my car was when it was 63k miles and I didn’t get charged for the fee. When they read me the papers with my car’s warranty they said some of my services(oil change included) were under warranty until 60k miles, but last time I took it to this dealership I paid 0$ for it. I didn’t get told the last time I took it my car’s warranty was expired and that after the 60k miles it wouldn’t be covered.
My issue with this dealership service is that I alwayd get attitude when I try to come in for a service.
Last time I took it they were annoyed I didn’t make an appointment and would talk in a different tone but no one made me aware that they had changed their rules about dropping off your car without an appointment.
I always get my issues fixed, but I always come in with some sort of struggle with the service men. I’m glad my warranty is done so that I don’t have to come in to them anymore.

This is a "Bait and switch store" Car we drove in for had a defective seat and we weren't told about it till we were there, since wife wanted a Jetta she ultimately purchased one for 5k more than she had planned for, again what a surprise. I should have grabbed her by the hand and walked at that point. But wait it gets better. The finance guy told her GOOD NEWS!! no payment till May. Well, turns out that was either a Lie or He did not know VW finance rules. Since this IS his only job, I'm going with a lie. So right out of the gate this "NEW" dealership told us two mistruths or maybe they are just incompetent either way I am worried for her and the service she is likely to receive moving forward with this "NEW" dealership and car. If you are planning on a VW purchase, I suggest looking elsewhere. Our dealing with this company is already at two strikes. My gut tells me this dealership is not trustworthy but since we have already purchased, I guess we are going to have to grin and bear it. Would have given them one star but they were nice. Their Finance Manager did offer her a tank of gas & car wash for the incorrect info on loan start how generous huh. Turns out just another typical new car dealership (Buyer beware)

beware they report to credit bureao they are not responsible to resolve this issue i paid on time and posted three days later, they reported and will not resolve the issue! We called many times none of them help WORST COMPANY EVER. NEVER LEFT THIS BAD OF A REVIEW. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.
