I got a new cx-90 phev from them. The car has had problems with non smooth/jerky transmission the three months I own the car. Matt the salesman said to text any problems/ questions. I never heard back from him after mentioning the transmission issues. Also the car had scratches in many places that I could not see when I got it cause the lighting was not right. Once the paperwork is done they don't care anymore. I will trade in for another car after warranty is finished.

I leased my first Mazda in 2017 at this location and have been driving a Mazda since. The outstanding customer service is half of reason I stick with Mazda! Jake, who I see almost every time I go, is fantastic and goes above and beyond for me. The other staff members are extremely friendly and always willing to help as well. They are honest and never try to sell me things I don’t need. I can always get an appointment in a short time and they do a very good job of servicing my vehicle quickly! Highly recommend this mazda location and Mazda in general!

Just took possession of a new CX-30. After having a CX5 for 2 1/2 years, I love the transition. Kudos on this mean red machine! Interested in a new Mazda, see Matt. It is absolutely a pleasure dealing with him.

I have to give a big shoutout to this dealership; I live on the east coast but was in town visiting for the week and my wife and I had some time to pop by this dealership and look at a few of the models we’ve been eyeing. With a new baby and a busy work schedule, it’s nearly impossible under other circumstances for my wife and I to look at a car together.
Despite us not having any chance at buying from them, Tim was super gracious and helpful in letting me look through the models we were interested in, allow us a test drive of our top choice and even talk a little shop. Definitely give TO Mazda a look if you’re local and in the market

I have been a BMW owner since 2011, and I have sworn by those cars because they have saved my life on a few occasions. However after talking to my card enthusiast, conducting my own research and decided that Mazda was the way to go. Contacted the Mazda dealership, corresponded via email with Leighton Lawton.
Corresponded for about a week and he was able to find the model I was looking for with all the bells and whistles. I popped into the dealership this afternoon gave the test drive and I’m super pleased with the way it handles.
The process of returning my BMW, X one paying off the last lease payments, and putting some money down this new car was very seamless
Treated like a celebrity when you walk in the lobby. Everyone agrees and mentions congratulations as you walked by.
The financial group was especially helpful and gave me some great advice and tips, and my payments lower than I expected
I had to remove objects from my car and Leighton put on my new license plate and he took off my gradschool plate label I had almost forgotten that I left it there. He thought of every detail helped me connect Bluetooth instead of the app and he showed me how to turn the car on and off from the app.
He’s a rockstar is a great salesman because he’s not trying to sell you anything and don’t feel like he’s some sort of predator where I have always felt that at other dealerships.
