Apparently they are going through a new management. I called to schedule a regular maintenance service. I have been a loyal customer. But now they make you wait iwhen you call, I tried to call again and no one answer. Finally someone answered. The appointment they were giving was in 2 weeks from the phone call. I explained that I commute a lot so I need a service sooner than that. The person who received my call did not give more options rather than wait. I took my business to Galpin Mazda. Far from me but they know what customer service is.

Buying a car from Neftin Mazda has to be the best experience I have had in my long history of buying cars. Cynthia Votava is amazing at her job. She truly cares about her customer's experience and satisfaction. I knew exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. We thoroughly went through the whole buying/finance process without pressure or the ugly sales pitches. The little personal touches added to the experience. I bought a used car based off their website listing. You could only tell this car was used apart from the new cars for sale based on the odometer reading. This dealership does not sell junk. They sell high quality, Mazda certified vehicles. The car was even prepped for me to test drive prior to showing up! Washed, cooled down (it was a 100 degree day) and it even had a personalized, reserved sign for my test drive!Mark K in finance was fantastic to work with. No hard sales or pressure, just a lot of care, facts and great advice.As part of the buying experience, I met the cashier, service and parts staff. Everyone was so friendly, professional and happy. The dealership is super clean and well kept. Again, a reflection of the care they put into the customer experience.I will absolutely continue to do business with Neftin Mazda again.

OMG!!!! What an amazing, incredible, wonderful time I had. It's not easy to say that when you need to get your car done. But the customer service is really top notch. Joe, took care of me and wife, like if we were family. He was patient, informative and helpful. We went to get an oil change and the video thing where we know what needs to be done and what was done genius btw! In the video it shared that I needed some more stuff done. He asked if we had a warranty. He called the place that we purchased the car and got the information for the warranty. He got us a loaner car and he was super nice even with that. I'm so grateful Joe for all that you do for people. You truly are saving lives. Thank you sooooooo much. Oh tell Jake we also said hi. He's always pleasant too! Great experience. As a yelper, I highly recommend. Tell them I sent you!

I have leased 3 Mazdas here and Dave is my sales associate. He makes the process as painless as possible and overall I have been happy with my experiences here. I do not service my cars here because I think the oil changes are overpriced. The service manager is wonderful. I would definitely send a friend to purchase with Dave. He's good at what he does. I love my Mazda!

I have had multiple cars that Neftin has serviced and I feel the service people, although very friendly, may be forced by either their manager or management to advise customers of problems and warn you to get it (the problem of the week) fixed or you may break down when you drive home. I always dread getting a call from them at work long before the car was promised to be ready due to what I believe is their predatory way of doing repair business.

Since we purchased our vehicle from Neftin Mazda, we have only had extremely pleasant experiences with their team. They go above and beyond to make sure we are taking care of... from sales to service. Joe Ray in service is a very pleasant man who does his job well. I walked in there disgruntled that I had to bring our vehicle in due to a recall. I walked out with a smile on my face after dealing with Joe. I will surely be purchasing more vehicles form them in the future (I have four kids). Keep up the great work Neftin!

Jake, Alex and Joe are the most valuable employees in Mazda service. These guys give exceptional customer service. I have been bringing my daughters and my car here since 2016. They always help me with a smile & greet me by name and are fast and efficient. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of and they take their time to explain all services needed. The best feature is a video from the service tech showing the work that is needed and the usage on the brakes and tires. A+

Fantastic car buying experience. Salesman, Tim Englehart, was wonderful. Knowledgeable about the CX50 I purchased, super friendly, helpful and NOT pushy at all. He was a great communicator, a straight shooter, and didn't waste my time. He listened to me and was true to his word in doing what I requested. When it came time to deal with finance department, Mario was also excellent. He made the process smooth and hassle free. Mario also listened to what I said and didn't waste my time. I couldn't be happier with the buying experience from this dealership and would absolutely recommend them! Was a long drive for me, but totally worth it!!

Well I've been using Neftin to SERVICE my two Mazdas for a long time now. Lately, we've been taking my wife's roadster in & out of their garage for a recurrent problem that I put squarely on the manufacturer NOT the dealer. Took some pushing but finally I think Joe Ray (service advisor) & Alex (service manager) gathered enough that they were able to make a winning case to Mazda to get to the bottom of things and (fingers crossed & hoping) fix our problem once and for all. And they got everything covered by warranty at NO CHARGE! Their personal attention was remarkable. Appreciated all of the updates by phone & a loaner car as long as I needed! Most of us would never welcome their request for another 10 minutes after all else that went down. Me, at this point, I accepted. Gave me the chance to witness my wife's car getting hand dried by both Joe & Alex personally. Even got valuable tips for me to use in the future :) PS I must say that Jake Cyrus deserves my compliments too. The service team at Neftin is overall fantastic!

We were ready for an upgrade from our Mazda 3 to the CX9. This is our 6th Mazda. The salesperson, Tim Englehart, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with! We were happy with the deal considering post COVID times and we absolutely love our new CX9!

Tire pressure light came on so I went in to get it checked out. Was helped out fast and told my tires were good and the heat was causing the light to come on. Not even 24hrs later I had a flat tire. Super irresponsible

Wow, you won't get better than Jake and Alex in the service department. They are extremely honest and will bend over backwards to make a customer happy, even if you did not buy the car from them. You will not get more personable and trustworthy service from any other dealer. I have been back and forth to the service department for a multitude of reasons which was no fault of the service department. I would think that by now, Jake and Alex would be tired of me. Everytime I stop by but one but both of them always come out to greet me and are genuinely concerned with getting even the smallest issues resolved for me, and they do it with such kindness. You just want to hug them both. I also need to rave about Cynthia in sales. She is amazing and truly cares about her customers. I did not even buy my car from Neftin and she went out out of her way to teach me about every detail of my car. Galpin Mazda let me walk off the lot without any help in setting the car up or any knowledge about the many bells and whistles my new CX-30 has. She checked the car over completely for me and realized that my tires were not balanced and of course had Alex balance the tires for me. She made sure my car was set up properly and went over every aspect of the car with me. Who in this day and age does that, I had such a terrible initial experience and regretted buying my car. These three amazing people turned it around and made me truly love my new car. Thank you, Jake, Alex and Cynthia! You guys are beyond amazing and I am grateful.

I have brought my car in for a few services and each time a mechanic named Jeff works on my car and always tries to sell me the same stuff. I receive a video that I need brakes but my wheels are still on the car. How can it be? Before I approve I take my car to another mechanic near where I live and I'm told my car doesn't need any of the upsales Jeff told me I needed. He is a liar and doesn't have nice things to say when you decline the repairs. I've heard him tell people "they are cheapskates or big spenders." I have now requested another technician to do my services. I NEVER want Jeff to work in my car again
