I love coming to this store and regularly make trips to the mall just to see the new selection of Funkos, card games and Lego sets. Always a huge fun selection and new stuff to see and Brian is always such a delight to talk to. Very knowledgeable and fun to discuss various games and fandoms with. Highly recommend this location!

I loved the store, it has many things. I loved the toy hamsters and many other things like the lava lamps and the little houses you have to build. They are incredible. Next time I won't be left wanting to buy many things.

The place looks nice, unfortunately once you are in there the staff is not friendly. They seemed upset that we were in there, and I didn't appreciate that I was being followed around the store. My kid ended up purchasing a couple things, but I definitely will not be giving this place my business.

I'm going to give 3. Staff were nice. Place is clean and easy to find. My main challenge was I bought a game that had a price tag on it for $74.99 and ended up paying $89 for it. I did not realize until I got home. That was the price listed online for it which is fine but if the stock on shelves is priced wrong you need to fix that. I'm only interested in board games and not puzzles or pops or whatever. Given that, I am not real keen to return. I'll buy online from now on. I prefer to buy locally as possible but this just didn't feel good to me. I didn't return since it's a bit of a drive from my house and the gas to get back pretty much will eat up the cost differential. (Game was Ark Nova)

Today Sunday 10 at around 4:00PM two of your staff members one female and one male were not at their most professional etiquette. I had mistakenly Walked in to the store as I was a bit distracted. As I realized I immediately walked out of the store. However the reason for my review is the way the store staff handled this in a poorly manner. The male staff made side comments to the female staff stating "he walked in almighty as if he owned the store and started laughing. I believe they could have been more proper, it did not settle well with me. After they allowed me to come into the store and I made a remark to them about their actions they tried to have security come to escort me out.

I don’t know how this store gets bad reviews.. they have a great selection, and every time we go in we are greeted happily. I understand some people have had bad experiences with some of the toys, but to blame the store doesn’t make sense.They have really cool amazing stuff and you should definitely check it out, especially if you need to get out of the house with your kid, who keeps asking to go to Ming Games... we usually went to the one in the Topanga Mall, but sadly it is closed.Thank you very much.

The employees are just as amazing as the products themselves!! Whoever is managing this store is doing an excellent job. I can't sing the employees praises enough!!

I had a positive experience there. My son was looking for a binder to hold his Pokémon cards. The clerk was super helpful and found exactly what my son was looking for in the back of the store. Friendly, helpful, and attentive service.

Don't buy " Dinosaur world Amazing tracks and car". I put this together with my daughter I put a brand new battery in the car the car drove around the track over the bridge through the gate no problem. We put it away and took it out a week or so later played with it again put it away we played with it a couple more times that month. The battery died and I went to change the battery in the car no problem right. Yeah there's a problem brand new battery car would not climb the bridge would not go through the gate. I had to take all of those features off of the track and make a round track and only then would the car go around the track. I went into mind games. I asked the associate if they sold the car separately. He said they don't. He said if I bring in my set then he would exchange it for me. A week later I brought it in and the associate told me that they don't do exchanges after 7 days. I told her the situation. She said "sorry, nothing that she could do" she called her manager and they said no as well. Just don't buy it. Made in China. Store doesn't stand by the product
