Zero stars. I bought a pre owned vehicle in March. I was assured it passed all inspections and was in great condition, I also purchased the best extended warranty offered along with an additional "total care" warranty. Weeks later in April, the vehicle required service and was in the shop for almost a month and it has now been non operational in the shop for almost two months. The part the car needs is covered by the warranty but the part is on infinite back order and will not be fixed in the foreseeable future. I have been calling and emailing the Gm and assistant gm desperately hoping for a solution or even a little care but have received no service and no effort. I am writing this review as my last attempt to be heard. I would be weary of purchasing anything from this location.Thank you for your response, but I still have not received a call "ensuring my satisfaction of the repair. The gm negotiated the approval of an after market part from Ebay installation in the car after Principle Warranty rejected it because it was not up to their acceptable standard. I paid for the best most expensive warranty offered from your dealership. I picked up my car after being at the service center for 50 days, four days later the car malfunctioned on the 405 freeway and was unable to accelerate. It was dangerous and terrifying. The car will have to be taken back in as soon as the service department opens. So NO I am not satisfied with the repair. I stand by my original review, beware of purchasing used vehicles from this dealership.

Best dealership in California. Been buying and servicing cars here since the early to mid 80s. My 82 diesel is still on the road!!!!! And I love all my other MB's including my current E class

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. Unfortunately I had one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, including those experienced at a busy LA DMV which was honestly better than my experience with this dealership and their service department. I had my vehicle towed here to have a stolen key replaced. I was completely understanding that it wasn't scheduled and would more than likely take some time or a few days. I was quoted by end of next day. The next day I had to call numerous times and leave numerous messages which weren't returned. I had given them multiple numbers and my email to contact me by. When I finally reached them about what time my vehicle would be ready they said it would now take another 1-2 days. So again, over the next few days I reached out numerous times to the dealership and even personal numbers given to me to reach representatives, all unanswered. When at the end of this 2 day waiting period I demanded to speak with the manager he said it would take another 2 days to REPLACE A KEY!! I was without a vehicle for nearly 5 days at this point, and when I finally asked about a loaner vehicle I was told I would be called as soon as they got one in. I was never offered a loaner vehicle up to this point, and to no one's surprise at this point, I was never called about a loaner vehicle. On the day my key and vehicle were finally ready, they were unable to contact me until the service department was about to close so it would be another day until I could find a way to get to the dealership to pickup my car, and even to get this answer required another round of self-made calls. I had been given every excuse from "sorry, this person is new", "sorry, we misdialed the number to reach you by," to pretty much everything but "my dog ate it." This dealership cost me time and money, and that's not to say I wen through all of this and am still having to pay the ridiculous price that is associated with a luxury vehicle, but where is the luxury service? Where is the customer service at all? Finally have my car after a week with what I was told by other dealerships should only take a few days or hours depending on how many keys they have on hand for replacements. You're better off taking or even towing your vehicle to another dealership.

Loved everything about my buying experience. I got an absolutely stunning previously owned Mercedes with incredibly low miles at a fantastic price and interest rate. I was treated with respect every step of the way by my salesperson, Ed , the staff and the finance person. I would definitely purchase from them again!

I arrived with a problem regarding noise in the cabin. Signed up for the service. The manager said the approximate waiting time is 2-3 hours. As a result, we stayed for 6 hours. Conducted a test drive with a technicianI tell him there’s a pulsating noise. It seems that the technician was deaf and did not have special equipment to detect noise. Nothing was fixed. Don't waste your time on this service.As a result, this center does not want to do anything to its clients.As a result, I turned to another service center.I took my Sprinter in to the local MB dealership, with the info I received from google, as well on the Sprinter market place.They test drove, and ordered some parts - shims and bolts. MB is aware of the issue. I picked it up yesterday, and the noise has been reduced. The invoice ( claim under warranty ) states - removed 15 mm spacers at rear of drive shaft and replaced with 25 mm spacers. Installed 15 mm spacers at front support bearing with new hardware. There is still some noise, but it is coming from the rear - probably the rear leaf spring issue. But at least this noise is bearable.

Brielle in service is lights on but no one is home! For almost 2 years she's been absent minded, careless & shady. Do NOT see Brielle in service! I have seen her for almost 2 years and she has NOT made a single note about my cars issues that it's had since I purchased it. It was a CPO 10-12k miles. It's made noises that sound like a failing rollercoaster since the week I got it - and it shifts gears horribly - it lunges/jumps. I have told her at EVERY appointment about these issues and she's dismissed it every time. Even if this car didn't have issues, I cant imagine a positive experience with her. She's clueless, shady & avoidant. Now, while trying to sell my horrible GLA250, I am being told that it's 3-4k under value due to its issues. I brought it in to this location for service (within the sales process) and suddenly they acknowledge the issues.I told them I'd call my attorney & *pow* now they're really acknowledging and also offering me market value for my car. If you do purchase a Mercedes here or anywhere - avoid Brielle. But honestly, for me, I'll avoid Mercedes. See my review of Mercedes Oxnard to get the full story. Rustin Nazer helped me find my dream car. I wasn't expecting to love a car so much but because of him i found my car. Unfortunately, we didn't walk off the lot with my dream car courtesy of Rustin because my husband wanted to search for a deal. He wanted to pay less than or exactly Msrp; i believe he ordered the car via online sales. I just want it to be clear: Rustin is the reason i am getting this car. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable salesman. I truly wish we got the car with him right off the lot. Thousand oaks is better than Calabasas Encino and Van Nuys. I hope anyone looking for a Mercedes goes straight to there. I appreciate his efforts to get me the car i wanted. I hope he gets some credit for the work he put in.

Ed Mallory - You are the man, sir! Thanks for the accommodation! You made my visit worth while. Even though I didn't buy the Mercedes you showed me. Your outstanding service was unmatched. I've bought many cars from various dealerships and you sir is the benchmark. Zero pressure. FYI, this was my second visit and I am amazed by the friendly staff and professionalism. Prior to this visit, I went to the Audi dealership next block and it was a night and day difference in customer service. I can't wait to give them my review.

Took my car to get a diagnostic and eventual service, it's been over a week and they are still working on it with little to no communication unless I call myself. Also didn't need it, but no mention or offer of a loaner car. Definitely not coming back here.

Absolutely the most honest and ethical service department that exists. Robbie and the crew are true professionals. They reallty care about the customers and ensure any service is done properly and in a cost effective way.I will only take my car here because of the incredible way my wife and I were treated. On top of it all, they are just really nice people who will not take advantage of you. They are there to keep customers for life, and thats exactly what we will be because of their professionalism and honesty.
