I had asked for a loaner online prior to my appointment. I moved my time per the recommendation of the scheduler to align to a time for a loaner. I was not told there weren’t guarantees. When arriving for my appointment, I was told there were no loaners by both my service manager and the front desk. When asking the front desk, the woman was rude and dismissive. This wasn’t the case for the service manager. When asking front desk if they provide an Uber service, I was told no. In my mind, it’s not good service to pay way more than necessary at a dealership and then pay more to Uber back and forth. I felt like I was dismissed and spoken to like an annoying child with my questions being inconveniences.
For the service, I am highly disappointed. My car was in service for 2.5 and I was charged for 4.2 hours of work. Furthermore, the “work” was inspecting the car with the only actions being the oil change. I paid over $1000 for an oil change and people to look at my car.
I will never be getting service at this dealership in the future. A night and day difference in the experience from when I got my first service in 2021.

Car buying is not my favorite activity but Gage was great and working with us for a while to get the right car. Would highly recommend Gage and would buy from him again.

Car salesman Damon was great! He went out of his way to help my daughter into her new car. The car my daughter chose was not detailed yet, and there were a few little items we asked them to take care of, and they did without issue. When the car was ready, Damon, on his day off, came to the dealership as he wanted to be there to make sure all is good and hand it over to her! If I lived in CA, I'd definitely purchase from Damon again!

Would definitely recommend and use Gage again when buying a new car. Provided excellent feedback with the options picked, was very patient with us even after ordering a new car and then changing colors. Was extremely helpful and courteous after receiving the car helping to set up the features. Feel like he gave us a good deal on the car.

I went in the sales floor to look at the models and wanted to ask some questions, there’s no one at the front desk and all the floor sales are acting busy. No one bothered to ask if I need help after 15 minutes of standing there. I m taking my business to another mbz dealership

We had a fantastic experience with Larry G at Mercedes Thousand Oaks.
From beginning to end he made the entire process easy and enjoyable. He stayed well past closing time to accommodate our schedule and get the deal done, even coming in on his day off the following day to get us fully set up.
We walked away with a great car and a great deal.

Loved my experience at this dealership, sales men like Antoine and Chris show exceptional care and patience toward their customers aswell as the sales manager Paul. I’m very happy with my recent purchase the whole process was very smooth. Amazing dealership. Highly recommend.

I recently bought a Mercedes from the Thousand oaks dealership. I had a great experience with the sales person and delivery people who delivered my car to me however I noticed a chip in the windshield which spread into a crack and the manager Zeb would not return my call. I sent in pictures as requested and then was told for 3 weeks they were working on it but did not received a single call back.
