I went in store to purchase a suit, after trying different coats and pants, I told to order it online?? I ordered "online" on August 19th. Brought it back ASAP, September 14th to get fitted. It's NOW October 6th and nothing??? I had to pay for suit, then additional fee to alter, which I was never told. I paid and it's almost a month to shorten arms and legs...I have bought suits here before and got them within 3 to 4 weeks....

Well, was time to get a sports coat for a friend of mine. Upon entering the store, we were warmly greeted by a sale associate. It seemed as though we were the only folks in the store when we came in which was nice for personalized attention. My friend initially tried on a fitted jacket, which was too tight and pulling across the chest...the sales associated informed us that was the style...so we then asked for a more traditional jacket style. Interesting, the fabric had what appeared to be irregular lines in the back, or maybe it was that two pieces didn't match up correctly, additionally, the pockets puckered. Nonetheless, the salesperson told us on both accounts, that's how it's supposed to look. Years ago, I remember Men's Wearhouse having a much larger and more professional look to their clothing. Today that's no longer the case, at least the afternoon we came it is sure had changed.

Went there to buy a suit. The sales person was forceful and only showed me one suit. He said that was all they had and it was the highest priced one! After trying on the pants he started to do the alteration measurements even though I was not satisfied. I looked around the store and found other suits at a lower price. The sales person was only interested in selling me a suit that would give him the highest commission. I will never go to Men's Warehouse again. Afterward I went over to Macy's and found a larger selection of suits at a price that was over $150 less than Men's Warehouse.

From start to finish men's wearhouse took care of us. The tailor was excellent! Highly recommend getting your wedding suit here. They care about the customer!

Needed a suit for a wedding. Went to Men's Wearhouse to save a buck. Did not save a buck. Did get the customer service you would expect. Salesperson unknowledgable... Didn't ask any of the right questions. Tailor seemed to be in a rush. "Looks pretty good to me!" No alterations whatsoever off the rack. Lots of disgruntled people standing around. Guessing this store will disappear before I need another suit...

Had a scheduled appointment with my fiancé. For him to see options for tuxedos for himself / wedding party. Would be a total of 11 which is in my mind a big party & the business would be making some money right? Walked in and the first thing someone told us was "there's a waitlist" and pointed at the door! How about "hey how can I assist you today?" Or anything other than what he said. Did customer service go out the window these days? It was so inappropriate and rude.

Edgar was very helpful. Professional, competent help is always nice to get!I would ask for his help finding a suit or tux to rent or buy.

Overall, pretty horrible renting experience. The quality of the suit was poor, let alone the fact that I had to go back in and get resized when the suit came in, after I had already done sizing. To top it off, the return policy is unrealistic and not communicated up front, as I would have never agreed to the return date, knowing I wouldn’t be able to make it. Bad experience and won’t ever be using this men’s wearhouse again.

Bad bad renting experience. Poor suit quality and multiple unsuccessful attempts to get the size right. Not to mention, horrible return policy with unrealistic expectations that aren't communicated up front. I do not recommend and won't be using this location, or any men's wearhouse for renting, ever again.

They had me go pick up and exchange items from another store, so I did their job for them. Told to come right back to take measurements then when I do that I'm told to come back a different day because the tailor isn't here. Seems misleading and poor customer service all around.

I wanted to get measurements. Unfortunately, my time was wasted since I couldn't get them without buying a service at this location.

Fitted myself and 5 years old for a wedding. Charged $250 even for the kids tuxedo. When my sons arrived it was a mens size and was awful. They kept telling me it’s just a rental and couldn’t do much. After insisting they do better and even the manager not caring I had to get a pair of boys slacks off their wall that fit even though they claimed they couldn’t get tuxedo pants his size even after pre measurements weeks prior. The manager had sarcastic replies and only cared once I asked for the District Managers number(he wouldn’t give it to me)Total lack of concern that they messed up. Later that night the groom arrived and they had the wrong color dress shirt and didn’t fix either. He had to guy buy a shirt. Go elsewhere. This location doesn’t care once you pay.

I went to this location with my 5 year old to be fitted for a wedding. We had a 20 minute measuring and fitting each. The man said come in two days prior so we can make sure all good and adjust if needed. Arrive to find out they didn't even use my sons measurements at all. Tux was a mens size. They tailor was rude and tried saying he couldn't do much. After he tried it looked just as bad. Shortening pants almost in half just made them wider and covered his feet instead of a taper.. The crotch was near his knees. They kept saying "it's just a rental" the manager was hiding and finally came over but wouldn't announce himself as the manger until I asked a few times. He was rude and sarcastic and said the same "it's just a rental" once I demanded the district manager number he tried to act as if he was concerned. I went and grabbed pants off the wall that magically fit even though they claimed no tuxedo pants would fit my son the way we needed. We left with a mis match rental just so he wouldn't look ridiculous in pictures even though jacket was large and vest small it was the best option we had with no time. The manager never gave me his district managers number just a generic business card of his own. We found out later the grooms shirt was the wrong color when he went in and they didn't help fix that either. He bought a shirt elsewhere. $250 per rental and they want you to accept crap fitting items.

I needed a suit with a super fast turn around time and not much time to shop either. I went into the Thousand Oaks Mens Wearhouse and met Jay who was up for the task!Jay is super knowledgable and not pushy. I highly recomend him for his customer service.
