My fiancé and I stumbled upon the perfect ring and McClave's and we couldn't be happier. We found a pre owned ring from their estate collection. I've always known I wanted a non-diamond engagement ring and was so happy to find one. They had a great selection of diamond rings and others! We also really appreciated how fast they were able to resize it for us. We're looking forward to coming back when it's time to pick the wedding bands!

The McClave family have what we need: honesty, integrity, work done on site, and a healthy inventory to learn from and to select. Charles McClave knows the business inside out. He has budgets for everyone and patience to assist. We're bringing all of our jewelry in for repair, rebuild, and will continue to add on thru the years. If you can find a family run honest jeweler who does the work on site then what more could you ask for?

I got the engagement ring for my now fiancée here and Brian made the experience unforgettable. She wanted a custom designed ring and Brian worked with me on it and was able to help me find a beautiful diamond perfectly within my budget and minimum “C” range (cut, color, clarity, carat). I will definitely be back to look for a wedding band for myself and get a matching band for my soon-to-be wife!! Thanks Brian!

McClave Jewelers was recommended to me by a family member that also purchased engagement/wedding rings from this jeweler.I worked with Brian whom not only took the time to ask about our story and listen to what I wanted in an engagement ring for my girlfriend - he answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect diamond and create a custom ring for my now fiancé. I am extremely satisfied with how it turned out.My fiancé loves her engagement ring and lets me know it often. Ron- who I believe is one of the owners- is condescending and unpleasant. I took some items in recently to see what they would be worth. I asked a few questions about how they determine payout amounts. I think he saw me as gullible and was trying to confuse me by "mansplaining" a bunch of nonsense and talking in circles. Then he went on and on in a very condescending way about how it'll "take him some time to determine what is what" and he'll have to charge me for my time if I chose not to sell- I have NO problem with that, as people need to be compensated for their time. It was the fact that he made me feel like I was bothering him that irritated me. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor by buying my gold. He then told me he would get to it when he could, "sometime in between other customers". Um ok... When Ron called me a few hours later, the amount he offered literally made me laugh out loud. When I came back to pick up my stuff, he didn't bother charging me because I think he knew how badly he tried to lowball me. The next day I took my stuff to The Gold Store on TO Blvd, where I was given a warm welcome and a complimentary cleaning of my personal pieces while I waited for the appraisal. After thorough inspection and purity testing, they offered 6X as much as Ron offered me! Thankfully I got another opinion and didn't fall for the mansplaining and take Ron's offer. Also, he could really use a breath mint. I will definitely not be shopping at McClave again!

Before buying my wife’s engagement ring, went to a couple of shops. No jeweler provided the same level of personalized service as the family members at McClave. Highly recommend! Beautiful rings and good prices.

This is the second time in the past couple years that I have received excellent jewelry service from the McClave family. Two years ago the diamond in my 46 year old wedding ring fell out of the setting and went missing. I was devastated until I realized that my mother had years earlier gifted me her ring which had the same size diamond. Several friends had assured me they trusted only McClave Jewelers. I met with a McClave jeweler and was so impressed with his workmanship and my "new" ring. This week I unfortunately had to return to McClave Jewelers for another jewelry issue and again was so impressed with Brian's customer service and expertise. There is no doubt that McClave Jewelers is the only jeweler our family will be using!

My fiancé and I just got our rings from McClave. Brian was wonderful to work with, took his time showing us various options, then developed and executed a beautiful ring for my fiancé and a simple understated band for me, exactly what we wanted. There were no high pressure sales tactics, and Brian took a genuine interest in us and our upcoming marriage, which is more than I can say for the majority of the other shops we visited. I have purchased jewelry here before, and am just as happy this time as last. Highly recommended.

Getting an engagement ring when the time is ready is a stressful situation when you have no idea about jewlery. I shopped around dealing with pushy salesmen and everything was over budget. The moment i walked in brian made me feel really comfortable and gave me and education on diamonds value quality ect. We custom made the engagement ring of my wife's dreams. She was extremely happy. Great customer services. Would recommend to anyone
