I just dropped in after work and was greeted by the most friendliness person (Rob) who is also the general manager. He is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful. He gave me a great deal! Being able to move the mattress up and down made a huge difference . It even came with a really neat cordless remote. The delivery guys we super nice and set everything up for us.
