I have shopped here for over 15 years. They are at the out where they need to hire people who are older. My last few experiences have been terrible. The girls that work in their clearly want to stand around and talk instead of helping people. They welcome you with a quick "Thank you for coming in" and then go back to visiting with one another. I would be upset if I were the store owner. Please hire grown ups who pay attention to customers!

Great service AND great inventory! My sales associate named SOFIA was super helpful and for those who remember what Nordstrom service used to be 30 years ago, well it's here at Lucky. No wonder stores like Macy's are closing: bad inventory and bad service

Lots of fun Tshirts in this shop . My guy loves the feel of lucky brand shirts and fit of their jeans so got him a a few shirts and bought a few vintage shirts for my crew. Staff was super sweet. Another bonus everything was 30% off!

I have shopped at Lucky Brand for years and love their clothing. I even opened a Charge account. I shopped, I charged, I paid the bill. Last week I went to the Thousand Oaks location and selected $300.00 of merchandise. I whipped out my charge card( which had a 0 balance on it) and was promptly declined. The sales girl told me so loud enough for the people behind me to hear which was very embarrassing as I always pay my bills. She suggested I use another card with no concern why I was declined. I used my ATM card and left. 15 minutes later I got an automated call from fraud prevention saying there was suspicious activity on my card. I called and spoke to a very unconcerned representative. She told me to go ahead and use the card. Of course I was already gone and told he I was unhappy and to close my account. She said ok and closed it with absolutely no concern what so ever for a paying customer. Lucky brand has lost my business and I'll tell anyone who will listen how badly I was treated. Absolutely no concern from the salesperson or the bank representative. No wonder people are shopping on line now. I will as well. And do you think anyone cares about this review? Nope. Closed it.

All beware of this lucky brand. I try to return two items received as gifts this year for Christmas. The manager at first told me that she would return one of my items but not the other the one. But then when we started talking she changed her mind and proceeded to tell me that she couldn't take it back and that it's because she has this new manager that will not except returns (mostly over all said by the employee/manager them self assuming this is an assistant manager)and would have done so in the past, this bothered me and I feel it was unprofessional to go back on what she had said. The one other thing in the conversation that really bothered me is that when I had mentioned that the jeans I wanted to return were expensive at one point later in the conversation and she later turned around and she was like "but you said these weren't expensive". This really bothered me because they were not cheap jeans especially to just have when they do not fit and have not been worn. This had me upset and not want to shop at lucky brand and will make sure I share that opinion with my family and friends. I normally don't like making complaints like this it makes me feel bad but I feel like I've been taken advantage of and have worked in retail and know in the circumstance most retailers would have returned the items for a gift card I was not asking for cash I wanted a gift card.

Walked in on Friday night, less than an hour before closing. They were having a sale, add'tl 50% on select clearance items. I was too tired to shop but wanted to scout the deals and return the next day, if it was worth it. Michele greeted me and I explained to her my plan. She pointed me to where the sales items were located and other things of interest. It was such a pleasant experience. I commended her for her great customer service skills and wonderful personality. I returned the next morning, hoping to see Michele again. She was off, but the morning crew was just as wonderful as the night's before. I brought a couple of friends with me so they can also benefit from the sale. They walked away feeling just as happy with their experience and purchases.

Had a fantastic experience with Manager, Theresa H., at Lucky Brand, The Oaks Mall, today. I went in to replace a pair of jeans I'd purchased quite a while ago. Theresa tirelessly searched both the computer, and the store, to find the exact pair. But even more importantly, she is authentically sweet and kind and really understands customer service, sadly an afterthought these days. By the time I left the store, I felt like we were friends. :) Theresa told me she is transferring to the Sherman Oaks location. Our loss is their gain! Thank you, Theresa, for being such a breath of fresh air. Hey Lucky Brand! Give this lady a raise! She is a real asset to your brand.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! The manager of this store is fantastic. I wish I could remember her name (starts with an M). I can NEVER find jeans that fit. I am curvy and short. The manager helped me find jeans right away. She knew which styles would fit. I couldn't believe it. The jeans fit perfect... high waste, comfortable fabric and perfect length. It was a wonderful surprise. I wish all stores had such wonderful employees. She also helped my boyfriend to perform a complicated price adjustment. Her outgoing personality and determination to help him was refreshing. We will be back soon and are now dedicated Lucky Brand customers for life because of this wonderful experience.

This was my first time shopping at this store and my husband and I got a night out from our kids for the first time in a year. We decided to go shopping. I hadn't bought new clothes in awhile so we went here and a girl helped us out and was so nice, attentive and helpful. We ended up at the register and I asked if my jeans were 40% off and BOGO 50% off as those were the deals she had going on. We spent $400. I was wowed with the price but I didn't question it because I knew they were expensive clothes. I got home and read the receipt and realized I only got BOGO 50% off and didn't get 40% off like I was told I would get. I called the store the next day and spoke to a girl saying I could bring it back and they would see what they could do. I asked to know what they could do because I have 4 kids, don't know when I can get there and don't want to drive 40 minutes to the store to be disappointed. She said she would have her manager call me back and took my number. No one called me back. I called again and spoke to the manager who came across like she didn't care and that I could take the clothes back if I wanted. I was left pretty disappointed with the managers customer service and the overall communication with people. I hate being told something so I spend money and then It turns into it being MY fault because their staff is giving out wrong information. I'll stick to the outlets in Camarillo from now on.
