I have to say I've been to a few different Lowe's in different locations and states
In this particular location, I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service. All the employees were very friendly. We never once had to ask for help because your employees would come up to us and ask if we needed help with anything so refreshing, make the trip to the store pleasant

By far best store in chain we drive 40 miles to shop here we have one 3 miles from our home and it is horrible the employees at the store actually say hi and can we help you etc it is awesome

Purchased high end wall oven and every 2 weeks the delivery date was delayed, 4 months later still no oven, when I reached the executive office and thought that I will finally receive my oven, the customer relations executor couldn’t even help and delays were even more… 4 months later and still no oven.. store manager didn’t want to hear from us, calls get picked up and hung or no reply at all, one time head cashier picked up and put me on hold for an hour never meaning to pick up… no follow ups from anyone, worst experience of my life, not considering the 4 months of pain and suffering we have endured waiting for the appliance.
Never will I ever purchase from this Lowes again or any Lowes their customers mean nothing to them.

At the garden shop check out stand the store clerk told me how to use the product I was purchasing but I did not ask her for that info, also told her I knew how to use it had been using it for long time so she said my friend told me how to make this receipt and again told her I new how to use it so she continued on to antagonize me and when I spoke back her coworker came over to make sure I left the store well do not worry I will never step foot in a Lowe’s store again

I only went in the garden department but It was the nicest I've ever been in a major store. The garden associate was so knowledgeable and stayed with me the entire time answering questions and showing me different items. The whole experience was very positive and I was so impressed with their customer service. The selection of plants, shrubs, vegetables, Citrus and fruit trees, flowers was exceptional.

Lowe's has everything for home improvement. I see things I want in every isle. I go to Lowe's for things I can get at a lot of stores because I often see something I need or a project to do that would not happen at other stores.

I want to start this out by saying that every employee I interacted with was very friendly and eager to help. Unfortunately, the first item on my list was not where the website said it should be. Three employees climbed a ladder and dug around the top of the racks to find a door mat I wanted because a whole section of door mats had been thrown up there to make way for a display of storage units. I also had trouble at self check out with redeeming rewards. The cashier supervising that area ended up manually crediting the amount to my order. Overall, it was a frustrating experience for me and considering all of the employee time taken up for helping me, I doubt that lowes made much money off my visit either. I'll just shop online or go to Home Depot next time.
