Came in to find a pair of earrings and see if they have a ring style I was looking for. The customer service was severely disappointing. The one person working was so busy stocking shelves to even acknowledge we were there. Ok she's busy no problem, well once I found what I wanted I tried to get her attention to no avail. Spoke loud enough to my daughter about how I'm going to check out then we'll leave, doesn't turn around. Standing at the check out clearing my throat, saying excuse me, nothing. We clearly did not exist. At which point I dropped the things I wanted to purchase on the cash register and left. Once we were outside the store we got her attention, as she picked up her head for a moment and watch as walk away. It's a shame bc they really had cute earrings but I won't be back.

Bad customer service. Was told to give my email for paper receipt incase I wanted to exchange earrings. No receipt was ever emailed and when I went to exchange was just told earrings are final sale. When I told her I was told I could exchange no problem. Employees solution, “it was probably the old manager that said that. she wasn’t very good, she just quit” okay not my issue. I’ve worked retail that’s not a solution or excuse she was not helpful at all.

I like to check here to see what's on sale. Something is always on sale, and occasionally I can find a nice clearance item like a sparkly necklace that was originally over $20 for like $3-4. Just fun pieces, nothing too special. Staff is always ready to help. Once overheard one employee explaining to another (a new hire?) the way their target sales works and how they're expected to sell a certain number each block of time, and if you're short one chunk of time, then the short-fall tacks onto the next chunk of time but if you go beyond your goal the overage doesn't count towards any future time-chunks. Man, makes me glad I don't work in retail/sales. Doesn't sound pleasant to work for. :P

Kat was the absolute best! She made me feel socomfortable before getting two piercings in each ear. She took her time to really make sure they were spaced correctly and evenly which was my biggest fear. The whole process was quick and almost painless. The selections were great too. Found exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend Lovisa and Kat to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Kat! I was nervous about piercing the upper part of my ear but from the moment I walked in the store, she totally put me at ease. She was so professional through every step of the process. Getting a piercing can be nerve wrecking but she was just so cool and kind and whole experience was just lovely!

I went Tuesday afternoon and the place over all seem rather busy. Not packed but there was four or so people shopping around while I got helped. The lady that did my ear piercings was very nice. I would recommend her, her name was Kat. She was very nice and let me pick a few different breathing techniques to calm me down before she did my ears. I did get my second piercing and despite my firsts being kinda high she was able to put the seconds in a really good spot. I would definitely go back to do more piercings.

I just got both sides of my cartilage pierced yesterday by KAT she is so Awesome. She explained everything so great and made the whole process so comfortable!! Definitely recommend’ thank you !

Kat is the sweetheart to go to for piercing!! She pierced my 9 year old daughters ears yesterday and we couldn't have asked for a more wonderful experience than we had with Kat. She interacted with my daughter in the perfect way to help her not be afraid, was super sweet and excited for my daughter, was CLEAN, and very precise in caring for piercing placements. I really appreciated how she also considered that my daughter will be growing and placed her earrings accordingly. The store is also very nice, with great service all around and tons of great jewelry. Thanks Kat!!

I wanted to leave this review because I had an amazing experience at Lovisa, with Kat! She pierced my ears and I will be going back for a third piercing after 6 weeks. She is professional, kind and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and I got NO swelling. I highley recommend Kat and this store . lt has really cute affordable nice jewelry. Everyone who works here is kind and helpful! Thanks KAT! YOU ROCK! Ill be back :)

Came in wanted a second piercing on my ear the person who helped me gave me the different options in which I could choose from. Her name was Kat and she was very funny and nice definitely would recommend!!
