The Newbury Park branch is by far the most friendliest, helpful, and professional branch here in the Conejo Valley. Every time I am greeted with a hello, smile, and how are you today It really makes you feel like part of of a family. I know that I can always rely on the tellers to understand and go out of their way to help me. Thank you Logix- Newbury Park!!

I requested personal assistance from the teller Carlos in setting up online banking because my information was obsolete and at home I was closed out on my computer. This was a special request yet Carlos was happy to help me. Later I met the manage another Carlos and he too was most welcoming. This place is so superior to treatment I ever received from a typical bank!! Thank you.....2024 is going to be a good year people!

Amazing customer service distinguishes Logix FCU, Newbury Park, from other financial institutions! Beginning with a courtesy call from my banker, Irma Heffner, to the resolution of my concern last Wednesday afternoon with manager, Carlos Alvarado, had a stellar experience. Nice touch as customers walk in greeted by a congenial receptionist offering water or coffee. My appointment was with a manager. Carlos Alvarado introduced himself and showed me to his office. He immediately understood my concern and said that he needed to confer with his boss. Ten minutes later, he offered me 2 options. I then selected the one which met my objective. Carlos explained everything clearly and respectfully! Thank you Carlos! Most significantly, both he and his boss acted IMMEDIATELY with no jerking around as I have experienced recently from other local banks. Above all, I appreciated your sensitivity to my time-constraints! Will definitely recommend this business and branch.

I had some sensitive papers that I needed help with. I tried calling the 800 number for help and they said what I needed could not be done. I didn't believe that, so I went to the Newbury Park Branch. I was greeted by Danielle. She is the first person you see as you enter the branch. She is so nice, kind and helpful. She said the Branch Relationship Mngr Edgar Chicas would be available in a short while, he was finishing up a phone call, so I waited. Mr. Chicas came out we went into his office. I then explained my complicated situation to him and asked if he would be able to help me. He read over what I brought with me and he said "YES" he most definitely could and would. He signed the paperwork and said that if I ever had something that needed to be done, to bring it to him and he would see if he or someone else would be able to help me. Who does that anymore! Well Logix does..... This is why I have been with LOGIX credit union for over 40 years. THANK YOU....

Choosing to invest with smaller financial institutions, like Logix FCU, can be a wise decision for those looking to have a more personal and caring relationship with their financial gurus. Not only is the team at Logix FCU Newbury Park, memorable and welcoming to their clients; but they are also transparent. The team crates a welcoming and informative atmosphere for the public to enjoy. The public would appreciate branches in Camarillo, Ca; and further up the west coast towards Santa Barbra.

I highly recommend Hannah Romero and Logix. I applied and was approved for a car loan in a very quick and expeditious manner. Hannah has a very high-touch customer service approach. And the other staff at the Newbury Park branch are just as customer forward as Hannah.

I wanted to convey to all seeking a great banking experience that my experiences with LOGIX Federal Credit Union are without equal. I've banked at many institutions that we're all familiar with in California. I've had an account at LOGIX for almost 30 years. Sometime, in 2007 I slowly migrated all of my banking needs to LOGIX and currently I wouldn't even consider using another bank. The team at LOGIX act as my advocates. I trust the institution to operate in my best interest. I'm not saying that everyone is amazing and that it's some kind of financial paradise, but I don't don't have to pick through the details all the time or chew on some incident or transaction that I've felt was unfair or disagreeable. Most recently I financed my new vehicle purchase with LOGIX and it was so easy, and at least in my member plan, was such a good deal. The rates and services offered were much better than the dealers financial offers. Another aspect of this experience was a person in the Consumer Loan department, Angela Bruno, who shepherded me through the loan. At every step of the way I was left with the sincere feeling that she was making her best effort to help me understand the loan, the services and when it was all finalized my feelings were that I received the best possible deal. Don't you want to feel good about your banking and financial decisions? Angela Bruno set a standard that left me feeling like my standards and expectations have changed. I hope that if you need to finance a vehicle or are engaged in services offered by the Consumer Loan department you get to work with Angela and you'll see what I'm talking about.
