I came here yesterday as I had ordered online and needed to return my purchase. Previously, had one of the shirts rip and since washed, they would not return my money. Though, I only worn it once. Quality has really gone down. I stopped by in person as I wanted to see clothing in real life and of course return my online purchases. I am just not happy with the quality of the clothing, it's definitely cheap/not worth over $50 bucks. I can get similar shirts at JcPenny or maybe Ross for at most $28. I left the store with a feeling of never wanting to return. Unfortunately, staff was very unfriendly and seem unhappy to see me. As a customer, I felt as though I was bothering them and it was a terrible feeling.

Worst customer service ever. Employees Terri andDorothy rude and utterly unhelpful. In addition neither was wearing a mask, I returned some Items . Not only did this employee act as if I was diseased , but did the return incorrectly! I tried to call and was on hold for an hour. Never shop here again. Cut up my credit card.

It's rare to see a mall store with such poor reviews, I think. Reflecting on my experience last night, I had a much better outing of it. 2 of 3 employees greeted me, were friendly, and seemed willing to help. Another seemed absorbed in folding, which isn't as high a priority as assisting customers, right? My rating is more about the merchandise, since the staff was batting .667. LOFT seems to be geared to younger working women who need a bit of polish in their clothing, but still like some color and flair. There are also many options for weekends / more casual times. Seasonal colors right now include corals, various blues, and reds. Botanical prints splash across knit tops, polyester blouses, scarves, and more. I myself am am older working woman and enjoy colorful clothes in appropriate styles and find some choices for me here. Personally, I find high neck blouses too conservative and uncomfortable, but they have a lot in their offerings. V-necks are more to my taste, and harder to come by at LOFT. I see a lot of those high necks in the clearance section, which may mean that others share my opinion of the style. If you like boat necks, this is also a place for you. With a decent sale in for the weekend, I picked up a print tee, a luscious scarf, and a mixed media bracelet for a very reasonable total. Though I was supposed to already be part of their rewards program (signed up at the LOFT Outlet in Camarillo weeks ago), they couldn't find me in the system. The cashier assured me that she successfully entered me this time. We'll see!

Thousands oaks location. I’m not sure if there is new staff since last review , but employee is very rude and seems proud of it . If you check yelp you will see everyone’s complaint.

I Went into the Thousand Oaks location on 01/09/2020 around 5:00pm. It's important why I mention the time and day so they know who I am referring to. It was my first time shopping at The Loft . I felt very uncomfortable as I came in . I noticed a particular employee, she was petite, dark shoulder length hair around late 50's or even early 60s give me a look as I walked in. Not a welcome , or can I help you find something. I decided to ignore it because I thought it was just me . I was holding two pair of pants and went behind her while she was folding a shirt and asked if I could just go right into the fitting rooms. She looked at me and barely wanted to answer me. Ok at this point I realized I was not crazy. I decided to buy one pair of pants and I stood in line as she was talking to a customer at the counter to pay. The customer was asking questions about the clothing . I was waiting patiently when the customer asked her oh do you want to ring her up since she is ready and the employee didn't want to look directly in my eyes even though she was facing my direction and said no its ok so softly with a smirk on her face. I was shocked . I didn't say anything . Thankfully within a minute someone came out from the back and smiled and asked if I was ready to pay . I think it bothered her that I was helped not too long after she refused to. She glanced at me again when the lady was completing my transaction . Just by reading past reviews it seems their employees are deciding who they want to assist and their management needs to address this stores situation. It's unacceptable for this kind of treatment to any client. I was ready to ask for a manager, but since I had my daughter with me I decided I didn't want her to see what was happening. Just so sad to say or even leave a comment about this . The only good thing about this visit is the good deal I got on the pants .

Not one to write bad reviews because I couldn't care less most of the time but this place needs serious help--the kids working at Hot Dog on a Stick have better customer service than Loft...I've never been anywhere where I've felt scammed because of the staff's clear lack of knowledge...either hire some people willing to actually do their jobs or good luck staying open! Also heads up--there's a difference between a rewards/loyalty program and signing up for a credit card--maybe your employees should understand the difference...?

I loved the women clothes. Having The Loft or Ann Taylor card will give you more 15 % off savings on every Tuesday of the month. Also you will received an additional rewards by using their card at the mall and Outlets stores. They have most trendy clothes very easy for work or special occasions! Great customers service. Very clean and neat store

There were three sales representatives and not one person acknowledging the customers walking into the store. One of the sale reps glanced at me and then continued with whatever she was doing. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Stay away!!

I absolutely love the clothes at LOFT, but this store is the absolute worst! The women who work there seem miserable and when you ask them if you can pay they seem inconvenienced! It's not even like I asked for help, just to give them my money! There was one girl who recently started working there a few months ago from San Antonio and was super sweet and helpful, but the last time I went in I think the other ladies' negative energy had rubbed off on her over time because she seemed just as miserable as the rest of them. It's such a shame because they make me not want to shop there any longer. I now will only buy online.
