I came in to find a birthday gift for my sons friend, and walked out with so much more! Little created me he was friendly and asked how he can help me. He showed me a great selection of hats and told me what was the newest styles. Bobby was also there helping the customers. They both spoke to every single customer, not just "hi" really engaged. It made it memorable and that I wanted to shop there. Great attitudes and vibe. The store was neat and clean. Little even suggested getting the name embroidered and matched the style to the letting already on the hat. Really great shopping experience!

They really make it hard to want to shop here. So I bought my son a jersey trying to get a Headstart on Christmas. Ordered the jersey and it was way too big. Went to the store to see about exchanging it. The sales person behind the counter was on the phone. He didn't make an effort to greet me or off the phone and continued to discuss ordering merchandise. I sat and waited patiently until he was finally able to speak to the only customer in the store. At that point I told him the situation and he basically said there was nothing he could do. He told me to call another store and see if they had it and they can exchange it for the same jersey. I asked him if he could call or look online to see if it was available. He told me they had no access to other stores inventory and it would be the same if I called or he called. I asked him again if he could call to find out if they had the item. He reluctantly picked up the phone to call and it turns out they have the jersey in a different color. He told me they were not able to exchange it because of the color and I had to go online and return it by mail and that was my only option. And there was nothing he can do and there would be a $10 restocking charge to return the item and it would take a few weeks to get my money back. All I wanted was another size. I will gladly take my business elsewhere since Lids was not any cheaper and way more hassle. So disappointing.

Absolutely terrible experience. My fiance and I were out to lunch and decided to stop by since I've been wanting to purchase a new hat. We headed In to music that was so loud we literally could not hear one another. There were, what look like 3 employees working with one "freestyling", and not one greeted us. The music was never turned down and Absolutely no one offered any assistance. We eventually left feeling very unwelcomed. For a busy Saturday,Just disappointing customer service, definitely will not return to this location.

Awful experience with this place. Employees ( Steven and Bobby ) were extremely rude after my hat did not come out the way it was supposed to. I kindly asked for a refund but these two employees were extremely rude and laughed and said that’s how it comes and refused to refund me my money back. After the fact they walked by me and my family in the shopping center and proceeded to laugh and smirk at me while I was calling corporate office. All I wanted was a refund and they turned this nice day out with my family into a horrible disaster.

I had the most awful experience at this store. I purchased a hat and was told I would get the Mexican flag on the side of my hat. After the hat was finished it did not come out the way it was supposed to. I kindly asked for a refund little did I know I would be experiencing the worst customer service. Steven and Bobby proceeded to laugh at me and say they would not refund me my money. I asked why and there answer was that's how it is supposed to look. I showed them what the Mexican flag looks like and they again laughed and said they could not do anything. I left the store and said I would call corporate, about 5 minutes after these two employees walked by me and my family and began laughing and smirking at me. This is the worst Lids store and the most rudest employees I have ever encountered. 1st photo is true Mexican flag 2nd photo is what Bobby printed and refused to refund me my money.

Service sucks here. Buy your hats somewhere else. Wouldn't step foot in there if you paid me.. watch anyone who finds this review funny or cool is someone who works there. They think they are untouchable.

Boy does a good job recommending font styles for hats, however the company limits the font styles that we can use, even though they have thousands in their computer. I don't like that control I'm just not happy with my purchase & wish they would make it right. For the price I paid I won't recommend and I won't be back

This store was awesome and the staff was very helpful and awesome to work with. We got my son a hat and embroidered his name into it. It turned out great and didn’t take long at all. They made some recommendations on the thread and my son chose a white that also glows in the dark it is very cool. Thanks!

Don't bother shopping here. Buy your hat online from somewhere else or their website. Customer service was entirely rude and bad.
