Service agent was very pleasant and explained what services were needed and the video was very helpful Easy drop off and the loaner was equivalent to my vehicle Pick up was easy and agent was able to save me some money with coupons and specials Auto was washed and vacuumed Excellent from agent to service to pickup

Unbelievable! Purchased a new Lexus from David Feiss. The total experience was beyond expectation. Purchased a used vehicle for 40k. Brakes started squeaking a couple days later. Diagnosis from a shop: has brand new brakes that were installed incorrectly causing the noise and tires worn down to 2/32. Shame on this dealer for selling cars that are not safe for the road. Still waiting on someone from Lexus to make this right.

Would be 5 stars except for having to pay for a second labor charge for a second installment of oxygen sensor that should have been done when the first oxygen sensor was installed
