Best selection of vitamins and herbal remedies I’ve ever seen with an associate who despite being busy stopped to answer questions without making me feel rushed or like I was a bother. If I wasn’t so broke I would shop here more. Great store.

Clean store and good selection but the management here -guy with the dreads has a huge attitude, not helpful, has a angry face doesn’t help when you ask him anything - avoids customers and bosses around his employees like they are his minions - sad !

Love the coffee and sandwich bar, and the fact that there's a lot of seating. I have sensitive skin and I love the wide selection of natural, fragrance-free personal care products. I also think this is a great place for a thoughtful gift like sustainably grown coffee beans or fancy tea. The cashiers could be a little warmer, but overall the place seems well managed.

This store is fantastic! Everything I need for my vegan diet and the fresh squeezed juice bar is incredible! My new favorite spot.

They closed their juice bar by 7:30. On Doordash, it's open till 8:40. Haven't tried the juice from here, and I guess I won't be able to. Probably won't in the future either.

Our family has had some issues with Lassens and their management to address those issues. However, the manager Daniel is the best investment Lassens has made recently. He is so knowledgeable and is turning Lassens into the hands on health food store it use to be, with outstanding customer service. He immediately rectifies any concerns, and unlike other defensive managers, he makes the customer want to return.

What a nice surprise, to walk into a warm and welcoming staff, and a nice cleanly appeal. As I was new to the store, I had no problems finding what I needed. Everyone was so helpful and upbeat. Such a nice change from the other stores I normally visit. The manager was very kind and helped me find what I couldn't, in addition to other workers helping. The manager offered to answer any questions I had. I'll be coming back for sure to shop from now on

Everyone who works there seems like they hate their job. Walked in one night to get a supplement and some kombucha. The girl sweeping the floor came around and so rudely asked me to move when I was looking at the kombucha. The guy at the register was unfriendly, didn't say a word during the whole transaction. May as well have self-checkout if you're going to ignore customers. Seems like a common occurrence given some of the other reviews. Don't care to go back, it's out of my way, rude staff, no reason to go there when I can just go to Sprouts, Wholefoods or Gelsons.

Best healthy food hot bar in town!Fresh, lightly steamed organic vegetable mix of cauliflower, broccoli, yellow squash, zucchini, red and yellow bell papers is made just right. Well prepared turkey and variety of potatoes, as well as other veggies (on photos). Delicious oatmeal served for breakfast supposedly till 10:30am stays here longer, hopefully through lunch hours as well.

They have horrible expiration dates on everything. Then when you try to return them the manager says that they were fine the day I bought them. So if you buy everything you eat on the exact day you buy them, then you might be ok. But the food tasted stale, especially in deli. Rude manager. They are always out of everything or empty shelves.

I'm updating my great review for a poor one, and I'm not alone, looking at other poor reviews. It's unbelievable that Josh, the rude manager, is mentioned in other poor reviews. He literally interrogates all long time customers, that buy hundreds of dollars worth of groceries per week. Lassens is HORRIBLE with bad expiration dates and food spoilage, and Josh has the nerve to make it so difficult to exchange or return BAD FOOD that we got sick off of. The health dept should investigate, esp their dairy dept. I like so many employees there sadly. The head of Lassens took notes on which companies and distributors truly support our local farmers, but sadly Lassens doesn't 100%.But They obviously don't care about customers leaving and they don't care about bad reviews and they don't care about Josh giving Lassens a bad reputation with customer service, especially on something like a health hazard of BAD FOOD. Go to Farmers Market, the people are nicer, the food is better and it's truly farm to fork, supporting our farmers, unlike snobby Lassens.
