I recently purchased a used car from this dealership. I have bought a large number of vehicles in the past. Lately I feel that service at a lot of dealerships is not what it used to be. I came across this one as I was searching for a specific vehicle, and it led me here. To my surprise the salesperson Ilan was really helpful and accommodating without being pushy or annoying. He presented the vehicle and told me what the deal was and left it up to me to make the decision whether or not it fit into my budget and needs. I was at another dealership (a large corporate one) a couple of days earlier and the experience there was the worst. It felt like puppy mill for cars. When I finalized the deal and met the Sales manager and Finance Manager they were also super awesome and not pushy at all. I wish I could go buy another car from these people. This is a great dealership and very highly recommended. I think there is a difference between a privately held dealership vs a large Corportation that is just trying to get as many cars processed as possible.

Very nice and respectful people. I’m a vehicle transporter and from the second I walked through the door, all I received was smiles and very helpful people. I was offered coffee and water while I waited. Honestly haven’t felt like a real human being doing this job until today. Thank you to the staff of Land Rover

Buy your car from somewhere else. This dealership doesn’t care about its customers.Couldn’t have had a worse experience at this dealership for service. And this is the dealership I purchased from.I bring in my car for service. The first loaner car is filthy inside (finger nail clippings and worse). The make me wait 30 minutes to “clean” it. Comes back with just exterior clean, and interior in same condition. Next loaner car is taken by me, also filthy. I drive home and am notified that there is an AirTag in the car. There was a wallet in the center console from the last person who used the car. Clearly this second car was never cleaned either. I call the dealership to report the wallet and they ask ME to bring the wallet back to them in Thousand Oaks from Encino. I decline and they say they’ll send someone to come get it. I wait 4 hours, nobody comes. I call every day to follow up. Nobody returns my calls. On day 6, the AirTag owner tracks me to work. The dealership calls me and makes me leave a court proceeding to meet the air tag owner. The owner tells me she has also been calling the dealership every day and that they’ve been telling her they don’t have the wallet and don’t know where it is.I go to drop off the car (with fuel at the exact level i took it out with). I ask the receiving employee to check everything before I leave, and she says I’m “all good.” 10 minutes after leaving, I get an emailed invoice for $40+ in fuel. I immediately call. I’m told there will be an investigation and that I would hear back that day or latest next day. The next day, I call for an update. No response.I have left voicemails for the service manager for 5 straight days, no response.I left a voicemail for the GM of the dealership, no response.I now have to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Went in for an oil check and general maintenance. The service rep forgot my appointment, another guy took over. Got my Range Rover back same day. Oil was overfilled after the appointment and the part they ordered for me for the seat had a lead time of four weeks. Three months later I still dont have my part, no one ever called to check in or apologize. I can’t recommend this dealership.

Overall, had a very positive sales transaction at this dealership. Unfortunately, due to low inventory in Las Vegas, I had to travel to purchase my vehicle. The general manager of this dealership, Eric Tran, went absolutely above and beyond with a couple of things I needed expedited to me after I brought the vehicle home. He could not have been more responsive and had complete competence and professionalism.

Victor Avalos is a super Service Manager/Employee. He is a Ten(10) He is attentive, knowledgeable & gets the job done when he proposes it will be done! I have his customer for many years! I recommend Victor Avalos at Jaguar Land Rover in Thousand Oaks!Anita Chaplin

Worst car dealer ever would not recommend anyone to buy a car from here a bunch of scammers sold me a certified, preowned car took it to my local Land Rover dealer after buying it said it needs new tires new breaks then I called Land Rover Thousand Oaks talked to a couple people that work in this dealership told them can I please speak to a manger and then it would go to voicemail then called 2 more times spoke to someone and they would hang up the phone on me which is very disrespectful, said they would give me a call back it’s been about 1 week nobody give me a call back be aware of buying a car here don’t recommend anybody looking to buy a car to come and purchase a vehicle at Land Rover Thousand Oaks wish there was 0 stars so I could give it to this dealer.

I placed an order for a “Build My Own” Range Rover in April 2023. I was instructed to come in and submit a credit application only to learn 2+ months later that my SUV was never ordered and in fact what I designed is NOW UNAVAILABLE in the color I originally designed.The reasoning that was eventually admitted was that the “person” that places orders was fired. Instead of communicating that to me and allowing me to go thru another dealership to order what I want. Terrible experience when planning to spend over $120k. Just terrible!!!This dealership and others are charging an extra $10k - $20k for the Range Rover SUV like it is a limited amount being manufactured. In actuality manufacturing is only DELAYED and NOT Limited. They are greedy and advantageously successfully taking advantage of buyers desire to own this wonderful SUV. Terrible experience. Terrible dealership. They are treating Range Rover like Limited Adidas Yeezy Sneakers when the SUV IS NOT LIMITED AT ALL!!! It’s only DELAYED!!!!

Steve in the Service Dept is so kind and wonderful and more people on earth need to be like Steve! Truly cares and goes above and beyond. Thank you.UPDATE 4/27/23: I had to turn in my lease this week, and although I was sad to see my awesome Evoque go, the staff here made it as pleasant as possible. They treated me the same as if I was starting a new lease with them, not ending one. Thank you Darren Craft and the woman whose name I didn’t get! So appreciated.

I left 3 messages for the Service Manager to call me back regarding a service inquiry...No Callback! I then left a message for the General Manager...No CAll Back. How the heck do these people stay in business when they don't return calls which could get them more business!!!! STAY AWAY!!! Trying Van Nuys Land Rover next. I really hope the owners of this dealership read this so they know that their head people don't bother to call back potential customers!

I took my car there and supposed to get a call back when it was ready. The day went by and nothing so I decided to call. My advisor left early for the day and didn't leave my paperwork. I had to wait until next day to get it.A few months after I called again for another issue. A month later after at least 4 calls later and a message for the service manager I'm still waiting. Really really bad customer service!!!

I mad an appointment to get my car serviced while I was out of town on a Wednesday at 10am. No one showed up. I called to check on the status of the employee from the dealership at 12:00 Noon and they said he was at lunch and he would give me a call. He never called. I called back at 3:00pm Nothing. He never called me. A couple days later still no call back. I call back a couple days later and spoke to a manager he apologized then told me he would have someone come pick up my car the next day and service it. THEY STILL HAVEN’T COME TO PICK UP MY CAR TO SERVICE IT! It’s a week later. Insanely disappointed and I promise you I will NEVER deal with this particular dealership again. I highly advise everyone to avoid this unprofessional establishment. They lack the ability to simply return a phone call. Customers service is poor and so is their ability to tell the truth.
