This place is horrible. I went to buy a car they told me I could not buy it because it wasn’t ready and sold it before I could come back.
Cell associate Ron Toosi Was extremely rude would not let me speak and had me drive out there for no reason as well as wasted a day my girlfriend took off work to buy a vehicle
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
They do not live up to their word and gave me false hope and promises

Service department is the biggest scam in town! Had them inspect lights coming on, and the service advisor said rats had chewed a main wire that would cost $8,000 to fix, but they would put it through insurance. We got a second opinion elsewhere, and it was a simple $99 fix. We then had a code run on another warning light that showed a part under warranty needed to be repaired. DCH Subaru said they had the part but when we brought it in, they said they had to do their own diagnostic check for $239 regardless of being under warranty. COMPLETE SCAM!! Do not bring your Subaru here for service!!

My experience at DCH Subaru was professional, helpful and fairly simple. I have to thank Kedar, the sales rep, for the majority of that experience. Kedar was helpful, honest, up front and kind. He made sure I found the right car. If you're looking for a Subaru, hit up Kedar at DCH! Thanks for a great experience.

I don’t know anyone who finds car shopping a fun activity. But, after visiting four other dealerships from Santa Barbara (where we live) to Ventura and Oxnard, we drove down to Thousand Oaks and instantly felt comfortable at this Subaru dealership. We met with Shamar who was a new sales representative. Shamar was so professional and supportive as my daughter looked to buy her first new car. Shamar and Mike (GM) worked hard to make the numbers work and my daughter was able to get the car she wanted but didn’t think we could afford. They were cheaper than Ventura Subaru by over $2k with an upgrade from Outback Premium to the Onyx in the color we wanted. Did not expect this. Never thought I would give a five star review to a car dealership but here we are. Thank you all and especially Shamar! We asked him to be in the pic because he was a big reason why we had fun during our search and purchase. Give Shamar a raise Mike. :).

We had a great experience there shopping for a used Subaru. The prices are clearly shown. We worked with 2 great young men that knew their jobs that kept the process low pressure and enjoyable.

Had 10K check up on my 2022 Outback. Was helped by Juan Alverez. He was personable, efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He answered my questions and inquiries to my full satisfaction. The work was done well within a reasonable length of time, and Juan kept me informed during the wait. My experience was exceptional. I would recommend Juan for promotion to management.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was in the midst of a family emergency. I was treated with compassion and empathy. My service was handled quickly, and I was able to return to my family as soon as possible. I will never forget that I was treated as a friend and not as just a client!

I highly recommend DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks. They really know how to treat costumers, regardless if you are buying a car «used or new», or if you only have questions about any particular model in their inventory.
We ended up buying a new car and the whole process was very smooth, from the beginning to the end; thanks to the help of a well trained salesman Heath Parker, and also the sales manager Victor.
If anyone is interested in buying a Subaru, don’t waste time and visit DCH Subaru of Thousand Oaks.
