The staff are so nice at the Thousand Oaks location. Painless blood draw is a real plus for me being needle phobic.

This office is now understaffed. It is not acceptable to have just 1 person working both the front desk and drawing blood. The place was full with people today at 7:30am. I had to wait over 1/2 hour for a standard blood draw. Poor Patrick did a great job juggling paitents but was overwh elmed. You're gonna burn him out if you don't get another blood draw person in there. I won't be coming back until you do.

I needed a pre-employment drug screening completed through Labcorp. Based on Labcorp's recommendation, I pre-scheduled my appointment and arranged my entire day around it. Overnight the night prior I received a confirmation email about the appointment. When I arrived I was told that they're not doing pre-employment drug screens and to try doing a walk in at another location. Was also told that I should have received a call or email that they weren't doing these screenings, but the only communication I received was confirmation of my appointment. I did all of the things I was supposed to do to be a responsible patient, and now I have to take more time off to run around the county and hope I can get my test done. I am exceedingly disappointed.

Easy in and out. Walking drug screens are available during limited hours only. They were welcoming, professional, and efficient to get me in and out quickly. For a blood draw and urine test it took 30min total with an empty waiting room.Urine test is pretty standard. They use tamper tape on the faucet and toilet with blue water. A lockbox inside the bathroom that you'll empty your pockets into and then you give them the key– your belongings never leave your sight. No weird pat downs or metal detector wand type stuff (I've had that at other places and seemed extraordinary and awkward.)You wash your hands, they tape everything up, lock your stuff, hand them the key, lock the door, handle your business, zip up and give them the specimen, then they'll let you wash your hands, sign the label for the cap, give you a print out, and you're done. 3-5 day turn around was quoted.

Had a great experience at this location! Even with no appointment and one person already checking in before me, I was welcomed in with a smile and positive attitude by Stephen! When I approached the check in machine, he asked for my paperwork so he can start getting things ready for me. Only minutes after the time I sat down, he called me into a room to draw my blood. Whole process was less than 10 minutes. Amazing!

I have VERY difficult veins - spider-like, shallow and hardly visible. It doesn't matter how much I hydrate, heat when I go- I just need an expert. This is year 4 of fertility treatments for us, so it's been a wild ride with SO MANY BLOOD TESTS. Some tests have been at Kaiser Woodland Hills- also premium. I am really grateful for the great phlebotomists at this location, but if your veins are like mine, Stephen is your guy. I'm really grateful for the draws I've had with him (so far been 2 great ones) and come here when I need to go to a Lab Corp.

Well it took me a while to write down this review: I wasn't happy with my first experience with this lab corp location but I gave them a second chance and when I saw the change and progress I felt that they deserve to get this review. Last year experience: June, 2021.I was there for my blood test and my first impression with the the front desk lady wasn't good at all and she made me feel very uncomfortable because she couldn't open my doctor order which was sent as a pdf file, I had my doctor order on my email that I forwarded it to their email. Unable to opened it she yelled at me that she wasn't allowed to install any outsiders software like Adobe but this wasn't the issue, the issue was the pdf was encrypted and all she needed to do was to go to the second email that entailed password, copy and paste it on pdf and open the file. Anyway, I'm not sure how I addressed that issue, I think I opened the file myself and took a snapshot of it and then sent it to her. The lady who did the blood test was very professional though. This year experience: I was there on 8/24/2022 for my blood test. I went there without my doctor order because I was told by my physician office that they're going to fax the doctor order to the Lab corp. This year to my surprise there was a very kind and caring gent in front desk that gave me the fax number on their card and helped me through the process. He checked me in with just my driving license which is a very convenient self check-in system, no waiting time. If I'm not wrong Lucy took my blood test, she asked me which hand I preferred to get the test from. Taking vials for blood test went easy and very smooth without any hassles. Overall, it was such a great experience and I'm very delighted from my second visit.

I came In today to get blood work done and the woman who drew my blood was completely incompetent. I have never felt such excruciating pain in my life. During my my blood draw as well as 2 hours afterwards. She hit a nerve in my arm and it was so painful I couldn’t stop crying for hours. I DO NOT recommend coming here. Ever. Stay away.

I’m from out of town and needed stat blood work. I waited 30 minutes for them to tell me they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have an NPI. I went down the street to the hospital and they called my doctor for the NPI. Wasted an hour of precious time.

They are the best!! I can't believe that someone would say all the things about the receptionist !! It's absolutely not true! She is so kind friendly and caring!! That makes me really mad! Keep up the good work your all amazing
