Dr. Henry has been my primary for a few years and she has always been very kind and compassionate. She is also very attentive and explains things very well. My husband recently saw Dr. Ardalan & had a very positive experience. He was very kind and helped relieve a lot of my husband’s healthcare anxiety after not seeing a doctor for over 5 years. We are very grateful to have wonderful physicians. And I’m very grateful that my husband has finally found a doctor that is as compassionate as Dr. Ardalan.

The care here’s is “hit and miss”. Whenever I see a physician (usually my assigned) the conversation is always one sided ...me explaining my concerns, her just staring back at me while masked, expressionless, then asking about whether I want a flu shot or reminding me that I need a colonoscopy, but never addressing my chief complaint. It's clear I’m just a number that pays into a profitable system..."Next !..."

If I could give this Kaiser a worse rating I would. Every time I come here I am waiting 2 hours for a meeting with a doctor that takes 5 minutes. They are never on schedule and when you try to reschedule or schedule another appointment, you won't get one until 3 weeks later. The pharmacy is even worse. They are always behind on orders, but never prioritize people who are actually in the building waiting for their medications. There would be 5 people waiting in the waiting area and 20 names on the board and none of them would be the 5 people. The pharmacists are extremely rude and always seem irritated.

I do not recommend this pharmacy. Unbelievable how they treat their patients the pharmacy it's like we are at their mercy. I've been calling for my prescription for days no one ever picks up the phone. It's like the people that are on the phone don't matter. I'm surprised they have no one at the pharmacy to pick up the phone. How unbelievable is that did they expect everybody to have a computer, does nobody use their phone anymore I am highly disappointed. I used to rave about Kaiser no more ...

I mostly go to the Kaiser pharmacy in Camarillo but sometimes it’s more convenient going to this one, and it’s not the best. There is always so many people and such a long line and I never have enough time to wait. The pharmacists here are Ok, not nearly as nice and friendly as the Camarillo location. Overall this place is Sub-par and I don’t think I will go again even if it’s the most convenient.

DONT SIGN UP WITH KAISER ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE MEDICARE!!! 30' EVERYTIME YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT ON THE PHONE. THEN YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR YOUR DR AND IT DOESNT GET RETURNED. SCREW U KAISER IM GOING BACK TO PART B SUPPLEMENT. MUCH BETTER CARE!!!

I called for an urgent reason having injured my back for the first time. I'm unable to stand, sit or walk being confined to the floor. My two calls for assistance either an appointment or a prescription were completely ignored and now it's Friday night and I will have to go through the weekend in this pain and try again on Monday. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH KAISER!! UNBELIEVABLE how they ignore you. It's almost comedic if it weren't so painful. Well Karma's a b**** so they should expect some payback somehow.AND OH YEAH, ALLISON DONT BOTHER BUTTERING UP MY REVIEW FOR YOUR INCOMPETENT &GREEDY BOSSES ...BITE ME

I just finished up several weeks of wound care by Kathy Bailey RN. I went 3 days a week & she did a fantastic job of healing my wound. She’s very caring & always did a complete job before sending me on my way. Thank You Kathy???

I called this location asking if they had an urgent care and for the wait time. They said 1 hour, and it was around noon. Then I drove 20 minutes over. I walked in and was told they do not have an urgent care. When I told the lady I had called this specific location, she scoffed at me. "The after hours start at 5," she would say, but had nothing to tell me about the fact I was told they had an urgent care that I could go to around noon, when I needed it.

I received a refund on the services I believe I was overcharged for in comparison to local doctors that do not work for Kaiser. My review was poor before that, but getting my money back makes me feel a lot better.
