Be aware of safety flaws at K1 racing. They do not provide suitable instruction to their drivers.
Be aware that their go karts are capable of launching up onto other go karts upon collision.
I can speak from experience as my son had another go kart launch onto him upon impact breaking his clavicle bone severe enough to require surgery.
The company has yet to respond to me to resolve.

Good staff and great place to have a birthday, celebration, or just go with your friends. Make sure you are ready to be sore (especially back muscles) if you are pretty competitive.

Very fun, Had a great time, went with a bunch of uncles and cousins and had so much fun. Loved how they had an arcade so people had stuff to do to kill time in between each ride.

I wish I could give them zero stars. We came here today at 10 am we have two kids who are over 58 inches tall and two kids that are under 58 inches. We were told best deal was two races and a tshirt package. We got that for all four kids. Right after we paid for it we were told there was only going to be one junior race in the entire 10am-7pm. We were told to come back for the other race for our two junior racers. We got back at 6pm to make sure our two kids got to race since we paid for them already. Three hours later we’re still waiting for their turns, because they keep saying the races are delayed. Terrible customer service Ricky should be fired. Horrible attitude & they totally misled us. Needless to say that we won’t be back

I visited K1 Speed last night to celebrate my birthday with some go-karting, and while I was excited for the experience, the behavior of the general manager completely soured the evening.
We arrived before 8 PM (they close at 10) for a few races and was being helped by a young woman at the counter who was incredibly friendly and professional. However, in the middle of our transaction, the general manager interrupted her to berate her about cleaning instead of helping customers. His tone was unnecessarily rude and condescending, and his approach was completely unprofessional.
As someone who spent over $500 at this establishment last night, I was appalled by his lack of situational awareness. Coaching employees is important, but there's a time and place for it--and publicly humiliating your staff in front of customers is not it.
This manager owes his staff a massive apology. I can only imagine how poorly he treats them when customers aren't there to witness it. The staff were doing their jobs well and providing excellent service; they deserve respect, not public scolding.
K1 Speed, you might want to reevaluate how your management represents your brand. If this is how leadership behaves, I'll think twice before returning.
