Andre & Natalie are very special people. They have been my go-to place for 20 years. They make all my custom pieces and a set of silver, gold and diamond grips for some very special set of 1911 pistols. They communicate very well, and I trust them with everything. They always advise me on what's best for me, not them!!

I went to and called TEN DIFFERENT jewelers to fix my watch, some were saying it wasn’t fixable at all and others said it would take 1-2 weeks. But these guys fixed it within A SINGLE DAY. Not only that but they charged a super fair price! 100% worth it. I will always go to these guys for any of my watch repair needs from now on and if you’re reading this, you should too.

I’ve been going to Jewels Quest for several years. I have purchased jewelry, had the create beautiful pieces for me as well as brought jewelry in for repair. They are talented, honest and reliable… reasonable too. I wouldn’t go any other place for my jewelry needs! Andre and Natalie are the best.

Jewels Quest did an amazing job updating and redesigning my wife's wedding ring from yellow gold to white gold. Shortly after dropping off the ring, I was emailed new and improved design photos for my review and approval; Natalie understood exactly what we were invisioning. As you can see by the photos, the ring (in our opinion) was redesigned perfectly and enhanced the outdated ring to a now, beautiful diamond ring. I have been a customer for various jewelry transactions over the years, this was our first complete redesign and we couldnt be happier with our experience. Thank you Jewels Quest!

Absolutely deserves a full 5 stars if not more. The team here is beyond amazing. In the last couple weeks I've had them resize a ring, had my engagement and wedding ring re-dipped, and designed 3 necklaces from stones I was gifted from my late grandmother. Everything turned out stunning. The pictures don't even do it justice. It's hard to capture the full sparkle of everything. Thank you Jewels Quest!

Wonderful place, came in because the reviewers on here are actual customers (not friend reviews), with that being said.. Andre, Natalie are great! Really shows thier experience with fine jewelry.
I didnt know much about rings besides what I could find online about grades, but from the start Andre worked with me to figure out which style, budget to get the grand idea. Then, promptly Natalie send over concepts for me to approve.
Smooth.. hope my planning goes as smooth.

After reading reviews I had to visit. After meeting Andre and others, I felt comfortable to give them my engagement ring to fix and polish. Wow! What a difference. Looks brand new and he fixed a couple of platinum setting breaks. Andre also showed me what the previous jeweler had skimped on, using white gold instead of platinum, supposedly fixing the prongs last time. A jeweler in Brentwood. Now I have my go to! Quest, thank you for your knowledge and honesty.

Went in today for the first time, I needed to do a light polish on one side of the clasp on my Rolex Daytona for a few deeper cosmetic scratches. Scratches were minimized to the best extent without over polishing. Very happy with the result and quick service as I was in and out within 10 minutes. Looking forward to bringing in my watches for a full service in the future.

They helped me design and set my engagement ring and were SO patient with me when I decided to change my design last minute. Service was efficient and QUICK! It came out PERFECT!Andre also helped us clean and replace a stone (that required a specific rare cut) on an heirloom ring and it came back more beautiful than ever.Thank you so much for providing such quality service!!
