Bought my ‘15 QX60 at a dealer down the street. Reluctantly, I purchased it with a $4000 2yr/30k “deluxe” warranty.
Then the AC, struts and headlight went bad soon after, and I got a stomach ache thinking of having to battle a used car warranty company to fix my car.
But I took it to Brian in Service and he took care of everything for me. The warranty company delayed a little, but Brian kept fighting for me and communicating with me thanking me for my patience along the way.
Long story short, I drove away from them with almost $7k in repairs for my measly $100 deductible.
I am now a happy first-time Infiniti owner because of how Steve Lapin’s staff treats their customers.
These days, in the car business, THAT’S what matters most! 5 stars for Brian and the whole crew at TO Infiniti!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I would like to commend Alba Ramirez in the service department of Infiniti Thousand Oaks. I had a very traumatic experience with QX60 stalking on me in the middle of the road. Further my roadside assistance experience was terrible. I was stranded on the road for 2 and 1/2 hours. Alba was my shining light in this difficult experience. She reassured me that I can get a courtesy vehicle and helped repair my car. She clearly communicated the whole process of getting my car fixed. Thank goodness for Alba!

every service appointment I've had here has been amazing! They work around my work schedule and get the car done at the promised time they quote you at! car comes back just the way you left it and also cleaner then when you brought it in! highly recommend Stephanie and the gentleman working beside her! Very friendly

We have been coming to this dealership for over 13 years since the initial purchase of 2 vehicles and follow-up service ever since. The service department is second to none. We usually work with Julio, Alba or Patty and they always take great care of you and make you feel like family. The vehicles have been awesome (we've never kept cars anywhere near this long before), but it's the service department that keeps us coming back.
