Are you an amateur photographer or just someone that wants to get into photography but not sure where to start? Look no further than Hooper. With its extensive supplies and services it’s a no brainer going here vs online. Now, what about the customer service? Unmatched. I could easily go online or pick up a book on photography but nothing will ever compare to actually speaking to a professional that is willing to take the time to teach you what you want and need to know versus getting overwhelmed by useless knowledge.
Now let’s talk pricing, sure you can get lenses and accessories online, but why waste the time and effort returning items or getting frustrated with accessories that won’t work for you when you could just ask the pros and save time and money? I have to admit, for everything that you’re getting through shopping at Hooper the pricing is incredibly reasonable. So if you ever have the chance, pop in and check it out!

I had a great experience with this business. I had dropped my Nikon z7 and it stopped working, they said not a problem they would send it in to Nikon and have it evaluated. I got a text back in less than a week that it was back repaired and cleaned. The repair seemed like a fair price.

Wish I could give zero stars SO expensive and my pictures were not clear. Do NOT bring your special orders here terrible customer service and the ending up charging me $180 for 10 blurry photos. Stay away you've been warned!!

Absolutely trash and WAY over priced with photos that are not even mine.I am a disabled individual and don't get out often. I could have just gone to wall greens to develop my old film from when I was younger that I held on to. Inwanted to support a community business instead. I am not happy with my service. For only a couple of films I got back about 90 photos that are very badly printed and blurry. And no prints mind you. None. I honestly thought I'd get prints. And even though he showed me what would be given I didn't notice this part nor given heads up. I was charged 141.51$. My heart dropped as I am ssi low income individual. I hoped the photos would be good. But it's literally trash all of it. Maybe 1 or 2 photos are salvageable. Lastly I got on the cd alone of weird family photos that are not even mine. I am too embarrassed to call and ask for refund but if you would like me to delete this review please reply and respond. The solution would be to get a refund. I regret the entire experience.

One of the last good camera stores. If you need film pictures processed - this is the place to go. If you have questions on how to work a camera the man that runs this store is so happily passionate about sharing information with you. I even brought in a friend with me who has never been in the store and didn't even buy anything. And this man was still so happy to help her understand how to use her film camera. I've also purchased a camera from him and he showed me how to set it up and everything before I left the store so I felt confident with my new purchase. They sell new and used items and it really brings an amazing variety to the store. I've brought in old pictures of my grandparents to be restored and they were so beautifully taken care of. I really can't say enough good things about this place. A rare gem in todays world. I will say some of the items can be on the pricier end. But you are %100 not only paying for the quality of their work for things like developing but I've also never found a place so eager to help everyone learn - no payment involved. So with that I'd say my money spent there is worth every penny. Without their help I woke one be developing pictures in the first place because I would've never understood how to use the camera in the first place.

SO HELPFUL! I just bought a film camera and I had no clue how to use to. The kind man up front taught me everything and helped me insert the film as well, free of charge. He also told me to come back if I was unsure of anything and they would be glad to help.

I had my passport pictures done here. I called initially to make sure, the lady who answered was very nice and told me don't put on too much highlighter bc the camera will refract and I'll have to wipe it with a tissue. I thought that was very nice of her to let me know that ahead of time. My 2 pictures were $20 which I think is pretty standard. She also said if I didn't like the first round we would redo them and she was patient with me

Transferred my VHS's to see a cd I was expecting it to take a week or more, they called me with them three days. Beautiful job highly recommend this company.
