Not the best HomeGoods that I have been to. It's one of " those" where TJMAXX and HomeGoods share the space. And, the LONGEST checkout LINES I have EVER had to wait in. Like EVER. They SHOULD have seats and wait staff, because honestly you could have a snack/appetizers and a with PLENTY of time leftover to checkout forgetting about the wait I have been able to score some pretty good deals with lamps and quilts on the HomeGoods side. Also, the snacks and SHOULD be INCLUDED, GRATIS! Yes, of course I absolutely would TIP the wait staff!!

Visited this home decor store and had a great experience overall, giving it a solid 5 stars. The ambiance is delightful, with a diverse range of stylish and unique items that caught my eye. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, offering helpful suggestions without being too pushy. The quality of the products is impressive, and the prices are reasonable for the value you receive. The store layout is well organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. My only slight reservation is that the checkout process took a bit longer than expected. Nevertheless, I left with some fantastic pieces that added a touch of elegance to my home. Definitely recommend checking it out for quality home decor options.

Home Goods call's their shoppers hunters. You don't go there looking for an exact item you need, but you leave 5 you didn't know you needed. You can also find a gift for almost anyone here.

I love home Goods. The best store is in Thousand Oaks @ Janns Road & MoPark. Here's some secretsHG, TJXX Marshalls are all third party vendor/shipper for Wayfair. HG, TJXX Marshalls sells items in store for 1/3 the price wayfair charges. I know this because I purchased several Ralph Lauren room sized , patio doors, jack n jill bathroom sinks rugs from HG. Found the matching runners on Wayfair but wayfair charging 3-4x as much. For instance a 2.5'x5' is $39.99 at HG, ON sale the same rug is $108 at Wayfair. The 9x12 rug I paid $399 at HG, Wayfair price $1080 . 5x7 HG $199, Wayfair was $899. So if you find an item you like on wayfair check out your local Home Goods, TJXX or Marshall's and more than likely you'll find it ! Sometimes you might have to visit several stores to complete your room , it's worth it. I bought my runners 2x8 through Wayfair and they were drop shipped by Home goods in Connecticut (shipping label) . Go finding!

I called the store to see if they had frothers. Being handicapped, I sometimes prefer to find out if a store has a particular item before having to get in and out and in and out of my van. A very nice woman said that as of yesterday, they had some. I was there within 20 minutes. I couldn't find them on the wall with all the kitchen gadgets on it. I asked a nice woman who was putting out merchandise. She walked me to kitchen items, but didn't know if they were there or not. They weren't. I called the main # from inside the store because walking is quite difficult for me. The woman who answered said maybe they were with the plastic storage containers. They weren't. I called again and the woman who answered said maybe they were in the bar area. I had no idea where the "Bar area" was so, I walked to the front of the store and asked where it was. A very nice woman "Stephanie" pointed me in the right direction but, before she did, a heavy set cashier at the next register, quite rudely said, "Well maybe we're out of them!" I said, if anyone knew where they were, then I'd know where to look and only then would I know if you were out of them or not. Stephanie tried to get someone to help me, but failed. She was really very nice. I went to the bar area but couldn't find any frothers. Given that it was getting quite difficult to walk any longer, I unloaded my cart onto shelves on my way out of the store. As soon as I got to my van in the handicapped space, I ordered a frother from Amazon. I will have it tomorrow. There's a reason Amazon is eliminating the competition.I called Home Goods' corporate office and spoke to a very nice woman. She said she would make sure the store manager Jeffrey, I think, would be informed. She offered me a gift card. I declined. Not only will my family and I never enter this store again, but I won't buy anything from them online either.
