Go anywhere else. Thought I'd give them another chance after having had a bad experience years ago. Some things never change. Stopped in today & the young man behind the counter looked at me and did not say a word. A few min. later another woman came in and same salesperson said hello & could he help her. He knew I was there first. Recently, my husband went in with a bulb asking for 2 of same. Not til he left the store did he realize the salesman gave him 2 different wattages. They also were not same size as what we brought in. Waste of time. On top of that, the guy was rude. Must have been the same employee. I cannot understand how this company has been in business as long as they have. Their customer service is abysmal.

We frequented many lighting stores in neighboring cities because we were very specific about what we wanted. Most stores had a good variety but none was like One Stop Lighting. Frank was helpful, easy going, and patient. The rest of the staff members were helpful as well. They showed us many catalogues and websites online to help us find the right chandeliers. Their prices are fair and somethings can be worked out to perhaps match prices elsewhere or online. I recommend this store for sure, ask for Frank, super chill guy!

Was looking for a place to repair my parent's 65 year old crystal electric lamp. Yelp reviews spoke highly of this place so I drove from Ventura to T.O. I was not disappointed! They affixed the crystals in 5 minutes (something I was not able to figure out), adjusted the crystal hurricane to make it fit and gave me a new bulb..all for the cost of the lightbulb!This level of customer service is unexpected these days, and very much appreciated. Thank you for giving my parent's lamp new life!

Wow what a great company. I stopped by on the off chance they could help me fix a brand new fixture we had ordered elsewhere. They couldn't have been nicer. Not only did they repair my lamp they Upgraded it as well so that the issue wouldn't happen in the future. This is what good service is all about. They helped me and I'm so grateful. I want to thank the whole team at "One Stop Lighting" for their excellent friendly service. I brought in 2 lamps that had electrical issues. Dan fixed both of the lamps while we waited. Then he helped me carry one of the lamps to my car.

Recently purchased Lighting from this facility .Note at time of purchase signed up for propaganda emails to be sent to me for 30% off my purchase ? Never got no discount at all and now get their emails constantly !Called there customer service and said I had to go back and screen shot the discount???When they know you signed up by their new email list for the "DISCOUNT" !Bad business , Extremely poor customer service !Buy from someone else!!!

My wife and I do not have air conditioning in our house. We went to One Stop Lighting and were informed by the store owner (Frank) about the fans. He directed us to the fans that use little power and produce a large stream of air flow. Frank knows every thing about lighting and fans. This store has the largest working inventory of lights and fans that we have seen. We purchased two ceiling fans and had them installed by the stores electrician (Sam). Sam was friendly and did a great job. We will purchase lighting and fans from this store again.

I recommend One Stop Lighting And Fans for your outdoor lights installation. We had employed them lately, and their works were great, and I couldn't be happier with it.Furthermore, extreme care is taken with every detail. If a problem happens, customer service is also attentive and swift. Thank you so much, guys!

I came in looking for a replacement lamp shade. I looked around the store and found one on display that would have worked perfectly. I asked the woman behind the counter for assistance, I explained I have a saddle style lamp attachment. She said they don't sell lamp shades with saddles. I pointed out a lamp shade right next to her which had a saddle and that I saw a lamp shade near the front which was what I was looking for. Her response was so strange. "We're not Pottery Barn here, our lamps come with the shades". I asked what do you do if you need a replacement shade? "We wouldn't be able to order it but all of our shades are upstairs.". I said ok, well thanks for your time and she turned her attention away with no response. Not even a... thanks for stopping in, sorry we couldn't help you. At that point it was very clear that she had no intention of helping me. It would have been a quick sale for them, maybe 5 minutes of her time for a hundred bucks. I can't remember a time I walked into a small business where I felt so unwelcomed. Very disappointing considering they have alot of unique designs at a reasonable price.
