Gary is awesome! Always friendly and very helpful. Storage spaces are clean and property is well maintained. Truck service at you disposal at no cost is great! This is my second time storing with them and I have no complaints about any part of the process. Highly recommend!!

Ka-Boom! The best. GREAT staff and the facility is too notch. Very secure and the temperature controlled units are, um, temperature controlled. Rates are reasonable. Many choices of sizes and other options. My number one choice for storage in the CV.

Lindsey at Hollywood Storage is fantastic! My family and I arrived 10 minutes before their closing time. Lindsey didn't skip a beat, took us on a tour of the facility, and showed us the perfect storage unit with a smile, genuine kindness, and an upbeat attitude. We booked on the spot!

Good clean property, friendly helpful staff. We did a short term stay (6 months) and they were accommodating helping us secure a smaller unit as we moved slowly into our new home. Would highly recommend them and us again should we require storage.

I don't use them for their storage facilities. This review is strictly for their FREE electronic recycling the offer, YEAR ROUND. Don't throw those old electronics the trash. You can toss them for free at Hollywood Storage so they're properly recycled. Added bonus! Hollywood storage donates all the recycling proceeds received to Newbury Park HS & Thousand Oaks HS! I'm so glad I got a storage unit here! It was one of my top options, but was hesitant because it was a little pricier for the climate controlled unit I needed than other local storage centers. But after such a horrible and stressful experience with my move-in at another local storage center that was about $20 cheaper/mon., I circled back to Hollywood Storage and it was like night and day. Peace of mind and sense of security with my personal belongings is important as I prepare to relocate out-of-town, so at the moment coming out of pocket a little more has been worth it. Great customer service from both Polina and David. Polina especially, her customer service on my move-in day was amazing! Polina was very kind and knowledgeable, made me feel very comfortable renting a storage unit here. Made the experience seamless. It's located in a decent area, all staff I've come across are busy maintaining the property which is good to see, but don't hesitate to help if you have a question or need assistance. If you experience any issues they are quick to look into it and fix it!
