I don't know his name but one of the employees working in produce waved and smiled, even with his mask on you could see his genuine grin.!! It made me feel very welcomed and also made me feel good about spending my money here. You don't see such welcoming and warm behavior nowadays so I really appreciated that. He is so knowledgeable and is turning Lassens into the hands on health food store it use to be, with outstanding customer service. He immediately rectifies any concerns, and unlike other defensive managers, he makes the customer want to return.”
