When I was driving in Malibu Canyon, hoping to catch a sunset, surf session, I suddenly encountered a large boulder, falling off the mountain onto Malibu Canyon. In order to avoid a collision, I abruptly steered and hydroplaned my car, hitting the side of the mountain. It all happened so fast,I went to my local Tesla store and they referred me to Harrys. I went there the next morning and was greeted by a very professional staff who seem to care about their customers.State Farm came and assess the damages as too much to be repaired and declared the car totaled ,I received a call from the body shop, informing me about the bad news, but this information was relayed in such a professional and compassionate manner.It is nice to know that there are still places left which operate with integrity. As a practicing physician, I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for trustworthy partner when you go through an unanticipated incident, which is charged with lots of emotions.

We needed repairs to our auto (Tesla Model X) and Harry's did excellent work. Their timeline and cost estimates were on the high end, but they delivered on time and on budget and the car looked absolutely perfect afterward. And this was still in Covid-times so it was difficult with getting parts, especially from Tesla. Wes and the receptionist (Brenda?), they made everything smooth... WOW this was literally the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop! I came in with some pretty severe scratches on the front bumper of my Model 3 Tesla and thought I would have to get a new bumper. Wesley took my car for 20 minutes and fixed EVERYTHING! I seriously didn’t even recognize my car when he brought it back to me, it looked brand new. So thankful I found this place! I will forever recommend Harry’s!Services: Painting

The best customer service I’ve ever seen.The staff took care of all the gory details with the evil insurance companies and even the rental car.Excellent work on the car too. Will absolutely return (if someone else runs into me )

I went in to get an estimate for a collision that occurred to my 2013 Dodge Challenger and I also wanted to pay out a pocket to have my car completely painted to be restored back to its factory condition. There was only one female in the office and she was so rude and looked at me and said we don't have time for you I go I want to get the a lot of work done to the car in addition to the insurance and she said I don't think you could afford it it's too much money and I go OK well how much is it she wouldn't answer she goes we just don't have time for you. She was so rude and as a representative of the business I'm warning everyone to stay away from there.

Someone backed into my car's side in a parking lot. I had damage on my door and rear fender. I heard from my Genesis dealer in Westlake Village about Harry's. I drove there the same day to get an estimate. Wes Sardariani examined my car and took many detailed photos. He emailed them to me an hour after I left along with a detailed 8 page estimate. When I contacted my insurance company I forwarded them Wes's email. They were able to approve that estimate in just 2 business days and then sent me a check. I picked up my still brand new car today and everything was done to perfection including clean and spotless windows. All of the people there are kind, professional, and want to help.I highly recommend Harry's and Wes.

Very nice and courteous staff. I brought in my 2007 Honda and they made a minor repair for me at no charge. They work on all cars from exotics to the everyday commuter car. Highly recommended.

Still nothing resolved with this company Managed to speak to someone there's after Mercedes Customer service called them, I was promised a call back to get my van in.... AND NOTHING!!!! A very poor customer service and work quality!!!

Brought me car in after I closed the trunk on the open door. Wes,, took the car and promised it back in 2-1/2 weeks. Wes kept me informed as to the repair progress. After 1 week it was ready. My Tesla car looks fantastic. They even fixed 2 little paint scratches on front fender. my car was returned immaculate. i recommend this collision shop 100%.

Wasn’t going to make a review, but most of the reviews you see are accurate. Don’t expect finish dates to be true. Was told three different dates, not a big issue, however the reason why they were extended were bogus once I received my car (stories didn’t match up). I would’ve been fine with this, however, each time I would call for an update the receptionist would redirect me and no one would pick up. I would call back, they’d say they would get back to me and if it weren’t for me calling back (multiples times) I wouldn’t have gotten any news (went a day without a call back). Did they fix what I came in for? Yes, was the whole process a struggle: absolutely. I would’ve been okay with all of that, in the end it’s a body shop not a 5 star resort. They ended up washing the car before returning it, whoever washed the car scratched the dash from inside!!! I’ve bought multi sprays to since correct it (even to not make it a big deal). But after multiple attempts of it not coming off, I’m left making this comment. Really upset with the service 1/5 stars.Service: Painting

Receptionist was so rude on the phone...no personality at all...took TWO weeks to reply to my email and when I asked her why it took so long, her response was "oh we r busy"...then I went in for an estimate ...took them a half hour to get to me...not a single person who worked there smiled...nobody said hello....receptionist was Incredibly rude..the gentleman dis the estimate had no personality whatsoever as well...I will take my business elsewhere
