I stayed here 1 night with my family and had no complaints. The hotel is clean, the staff was courteous. The beds were comfortable and I slept well. The free breakfast was respectable. I was glad that the TV could easily login to my Netflix. The hotel is very conveniently located next to the Walmart neighborhood market.
Walkability: Next to Walmart and restaurants
Food & drinks: Free breakfast

Hilton Diamond member for 4 years now, have stayed at Hiltons all over the world. This place is one of the classiest Hampton’s I have ever stayed at. Having said this, I have to add; Serving breakfast at 0630 instead of 0600 like everywhere else is super inconvenient for those of us who live and work on the road. Missing breakfast is not a fun start to the day.

Nice hotel off the highway in Thousand Oaks. Recently stayed here for one night on a road trip before continuing to Santa Barbara. The rooms were spacious, nicely renovated, and very clean. The hotel also offers free breakfast which was nice.
Giving four stars instead of five because of noise. If you have a room close to the highway, you may hear some noise from traffic so I would recommend requesting a room further away from the highway. Overall though we had a nice stay!

Parking was convenient, spa and pool both were heated . Room was very accommodating, perfect size, bed was comfy. Shower had good pressure, only one issue toilet would take forever to fill, but they fixed it. Breakfast you could take it or leave it. Coffee was excellent. Pricing as a walk-in was excellent for the area.

Nice enough. Charging for parking is a rip off

This location was absolutely perfect because it was less than 10 minutes away from the location I was working at, and it was conveniently located next to a Walmart and across the street from Ralph’s grocery store. I loved it because I cook for myself in the ease of access to groceries made it even better. The rooms and the layouts were very nice and clean. The staff were respectful, friendly, and nice. I didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast much here but I love that they created these like breakfast doggy bags for you to on the go that included water bagel, peanut butter, butter, butter, and jelly, cream cheese, or such. I don’t really get housekeeping anymore because of my dog being in the room when I’m not , and me not being there during housekeeping hours . My only complaint is that I had a broken sink the entire time of my stay. Someone from Maintenance came to fix it one day, and it literally got clogged again within an hour. I also found it weird that whenever I got packages delivered, no one from the front desk called me to let me know that it arrived . I literally would have to go to the front desk. Ask if there was a package for me and someone would check . I guess I’ll just wasn’t used to that . Overall, I’d definitely come back to this location.

I know a lot of hotels do it, but paying to park is madness! The shower drain needed cleaned out. It smelled.

Rude staff and wouldn’t deal with the drunk loud guests in the room next to my room late at night, which affected our sleep. Second time staying at this hotel and will not stay at this hotel again. Zero apology from the staff or help resolving this issue.

Stayed over a month and a half, every time I’d leave my room and come back there would be random pieces of trash on the floor and ON THE BED. Each electric appliance had an issue, Tv didn’t work half the time. Not one properly working thing inside let alone outside. Thin walls and thick floors, be prepared to not sleep and hear every single noise. Guaranteed.

First time at this location. We’ve gone to the Oxnard location a few times. Thousand Oaks is a nice hotel and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We always love the breakfast. Not many sit down restaurants right by the hotel but a few good places to pick up from. Agoura, Westlake and Thousand Oaks all have great restaurant and it’s not that far away. Easy to park. Close to the freeway. The noise wasn’t too bad. I slept, no problem. Nice pool and jacuzzi and gym although we didn’t get to use them this time. We had a view of the mountain and freeway.
We needed a place to stay for 4 days while our home was fumigated for termites that we could bring our cat to. We had a King Suite and there was plenty of room for the cat’s crate and cat box and our baggage. It was a nice, clean room. We’d definitely stay again.

This is definitely a great hotel because they have very spacious rooms and beds. There is a Walmart market about a 2 minute walk from the hotel if you needs snacks or drinks. I love how they put my name on the TV. A heated pool, amazing staff free breakfast if you're on the 3rd floor you can see a amazing view. Love the sade on the windows. Great for playing hide and seek ?. The gym is amazing. The high way is right there which is awesome. Definitely recommend

I’m have been a Diamond member at Hilton since 2010 and this hotel is the worst in my 14 years of traveling. Rude staff and patronizing management. They wouldn’t let me check in to the hotel even though I have my CC on file with Hilton. I offered to use Apple Pay, still couldn’t check me in for some reason. But they were MORE than willing to charge my CC for the canceled stay. The same CC they wouldn’t use to check me in. Horrible experience! Horrible staff! I booked another Hilton property about 15 minutes away with zero issues. Stay away from this hotel.
