Had a horrible experience! The lady was so rough with handling her electric trimmer that at times it almost felt like a knife swiping your hair. The whole haircut process felt like a race to get your hair done within a record time without any care for the fact that it’s an actual living person under your machine!! Not going there again!!!

Asked if a certain stylist was working and they told me yes I showed up in 15 mins and she already left for the day TWICE IN A ROW it's unbelievable and I never ever will come back.

I had a good cut experience which is rare by Kiana and she left. I talked to 2 other people on the phone which didn't care when i asked to just repeat something she said. Horrible attitude. Another reason why I would never come back again. Just wanted to see some notes on my last haircut and got a "don't wanna cut hair for the rest of my life ever again" kinda attitude.

I do have to say, I left with the worst haircut I ever imagined. Also the hair clippers were burning hot and very uncomfortable and a bit painful. All I wanted was a low fade and the lady had stated she did 3 fades that day . Well it looks like I got a mushroom top and couldn’t believe when she was done so I figured she was extremely new or possibly didn’t like me whatsoever and hated me for some unknown reason I don’t know why she made me look so d*** for . I tried fixing my own hair at home and made it look a lil better but here I go to another barber or haircut place to pay again for them to fade my hair . I’m very unhappy with the haircut , very disappointed and embarrassed . Worst place ever !
