I never look forward to auto repairs, but I know I'm coming to Giant Oak Automotive whenever my truck needs a fix or a second opinion. The crew takes excellent care of my vehicle, and Mike is as honest and transparent as one could ask for. I haven't had much experience with other shops around town, but I haven't had to. Giant Oak has made quick work of my auto issues, and the price is never unreasonable. I'd rather wait a day or two (if necessary) to get my truck in Mike's queue than try my luck elsewhere.

Been coming here for years , my stepdad was the first who told me about Mike ... just wanted to let everyone know he's the real deal .. fair and gets that times are tuff , took my old 2005 pt into him , it was running ruff , check engine light kept poping on , told me to drop it off following morning .. did a diagnostic ended up changing a valve .. told him i couldn't afford it this week and i would bring the car back in a couple .. went topick up car and he had done the work and did not charge me ! wow ! not something that happens often ... great place , great guy ! would definitely recommend this place for fair and fast work ..

Awesome customer service here. Came in for an oil change. They then showed me my car was leaking coolant and found the line that had a hole in it. Having the car towed down to my usual shop for a warranty fix but I'll be coming back here for sure.

Took my car for electrical issue and oil change. They did not upsell me on anything and seemed fair it was expensive but they found my problem and got my car back to me the same day. Will try again if I have more problems.

I’m a relatively young female, so my whole life I’ve been lied to by mechanics. If I didn’t have trust issues, I’d have spent at least 10k I didn’t need to by now. In any case, I don’t know anything about cars so I have been in the market for a mechanic I can trust. It took a decade, but now I have. What I do know, the only thing I need to know, is that they aren’t lying to me. And as far as I’m concerned, that’s the highest praise car doctors can receive.Service: General repairs & maintenance
