  Expensive product...ZERO SUPPORT.A two dollar cable failed on a $2000, 4 year old umbrella.They will not sell the part, even though they still manufacture it.Instead I'm told to buy a new base for $780 plus taxes.I'd buy someone elses products.Mike WebbNaples FL.

  Candy the receptionist/sales person was rude, short with me and was annoyed I was asking her product questions. Strange? I wanted to buy something
