I called multiple times during the week at different times of the day and no one ever picked up the phone for me to schedule an appt. I finally just left a message and no one returned my call. I figured they just didn't man the phones and were with customers so I decided to stop by as they say "walk ins welcomed", it also says this on the store front. All I needed was a hair trim and some face framing for my daughter but they said I needed to make an appt. So not actually walk in welcomed. I got an excuse that the phones were down and they lost all messages. I don't exactly believe this. Anyways, we found another place and was done in 10 minutes. Would have liked to actually see how the hairdressers were but did not even get the opportunity.

Gloria is the best. I have had my hair cut by her twice and it comes out perfect every time. She is lovely to chat with and always makes me feel so comfortable. She is very good about getting a clear picture of what you want and clarifying any questions before starting the cut. I came in the day after a bad haircut from another salon in the area. I asked for round long layers and a curtain bang. She asked if I had any reference pictures and I showed her. She was upfront right away that she would not be able to get the exact same cut because of how short the other salon cut my bangs but she would be able to get the overall look. She did a wonderful job and I love my hair.

I've been meaning to write for awhile, this is long over due. Fringe is such a great find here in the Conejo Valley. Cassidy is is my stylist and she is SO talented. She does such an amazing job with my cut, style and color ! All the stylists look like they're really good actually but but Cassidy's my go to.

Kellie is extremely talented and fast! I came with 7 inch roots and she was able to lift my blonde to the nice white color I like with foils, pretty fast too. I have been with MANY colorists in the past 20 years and she is one of the best for sure.

Best blonding color I've had done in a long time, and fast foiling. Super happy with the results, cut, and that it wasn't 3 hours for a full like it is many places. Will be back!
